Senior Skip Day!? New concept. /=
 
Seniors don't really need a skip day, they can skip whenever they want, and teachers can't say anything about because, come on, their seniors, they rule the school. But with them out of the Pictures, We can take control of the school, for a little while..until it comes that time when the Seniors come back for Second Semester -_-.. The People that really need a skip-day is us poor Freshman-Sophomores :)..Even though I did it like everyday this week.

The version of this in Edmonton Old Scoian terms:

We don't dare to skip a day because skipping is like suiciding. Skipping a class is bad enough... but skipping a day!? We'll be so terribly behind that homework will crush our shoulders and essay will pile up to the roof. Come on, they're teachers, they rule the school and their red pen manipulates our future. Their power is so strong that if they hate us and gives us a low number, we'll have to practice "Thank you for coming sir. Do you want fries with that please?" This will be true for a long while, at least for another 9 years or so. -_- We need a holiday, not an illegal holiday. We go to school every single day of the week, and even stay behind school extra hours begging outside the staff room for further explanation on some concepts, or extra worksheets.


It's 2 different world, although we're on the same globe... or are we?
 
I never finished High School, and I'm about to be promoted to a position that pays $100k p/a, with a company car. And I just turned 20 in April.
So yeah. Schools not nearly as important as people make out :)

Unfortuntely it means quiting my other job though, which is infinately more fun.
But hey, I'm stayin where the moneys is.

Yeah, skipping kills, in any class now in High School... I'm glad all my courses are done.

Agree, a1337a, the only thing school's for is getting good grades - if that's what you want that is. Which helps but not everybody depends on it.

Your a Dropout? WOW!..XD My older brother took a GED and now is in College :P

I thought I was orignal when i made up my mind to skip in `2th grade since I'd be 18. Then I head about SSD, so ugh, that idea is used.
Yesterday when I was on the net, it cut off and said the network cable isn't connected. Everything was connected, and it was so frustrating. I called my uncle to come fix it, but he doesn't have a car -_-. A couple of minutes ago I was really bored, so I unplugged the plug from the main outlet, and plugged into another, and it worked! I'm such a genius [did I spell that right?]
 
heh...I'll be graduating when I'm 17 years old, it's all good...I didn't skip a grade, I just started really early

come to think of it, I think there was a day where Dakota didn't say 'Boo Ya' at all.. not if only i could remember which day it was...
 
My mom would slaughter me if I dropped out of school. :P
