Well... she wasn't some random girl! She's in my sister's jazz class and I did know who she was. But I never knew she could get as hyper as she was. It was scary! She's almost as scary as the girl who stalks me. Anyways, her hyperness was super contagious! Not to mention the fact I had a certain bottle of water with me... but I wasn't hyper at all until she came along! My sister and another friend of hers were trying to calm down the girl that was hyper... but it just made her more hyper! It was funny... and I just can't wait to see what they all have in store for me tomorrow...

And I've been dancing for 8 years. 7 years of jazz, 5 years of tap, and 1 year of hip-hop. But prom? Not that kind of dancing... I can't dance when it comes to school dances and formals and stuff like that. But when it's choreographed I can...

Wow you have a stalker? :P
MAybe tommorow it'll be a couple of more girls hyper instead of one. XD
Some girl in my class talked non-stop in my class also. My friend got so mad that he bribed her to to be quiet with a dollar. :P

Yeah prom dances are basically break dancing.
*feels dumb because he's never been to a prom* XD

ive had my fair share of things like that, that've happened to me XD and then after she leaves my friends'll say something like "You made yourself look really stupid there Scott" or somthing around those lines XD
Lol, my mom teases me about how shy I can be. She'll start laughing after a guy leaves that I was getting really flustered with. I guess it just takes me a while to get comfortable around people that I don't know.

Ah, don't feel bad. I haven't either, lol. ^_^; I couldn't imagine myself going to a prom, unless I had a boyfriend... I can't dance worth a flip.

its funny how people slow dance at our school, the guys arms go on the girls hips and the girls arms goes on his shoulders and they kinda waddle dance around and around XD if ya go to fast ya get dizzy XD

Yes, I have a stalker. Her name is Kirsten. She is so annoying. *Flashback* It all started when I was in 8th grade. It was the year my sister danced to "Hey, Mr. Cool." My sister's class and my class had to double up. My sister's hip-hop dance was to "Who Let the Dogs Out." At the end the girls (and Michael) walked off in a congo line and had to turn to the audience to shout, "WHO? WHO? WHO-WHO?" And my sister's friends, not my sister, decided to be cruel and yell it right in my ear! So I got my revenge when I had to go down and do this weird kick thing. My sister just happened to be sitting in the perfect spot... so as I went down I kicked her! It was fun. As for the stalker bit... that happened at that year's recital. When it was over I was getting changed in the room where my age group was. Then out of nowhere she comes and stands in the doorway and just stares at me and starts laughing! I was so confused! Her mom was standing next to her and she told me that she had no idea why her daughter was laughing at me. Then later as we walked out to the car she saw me again... and once again laughed histerically! To this day I still haven't the slightest clue as to why she laughed. But every time she sees me now she'll smirk and walk away giggling. I wonder what my sister told her...

And I haven't been to a prom yet either. Not that I'd have anyone to go with. I have no clue what's going to happen for my junior prom next year. That'll be interesting...

Eww, the kids at my school act all romantic and touching each other while they slow dance, those freakin posers. Last time, and all the times I go to dances I get into arguments, I limit my dances. i only went to one this year. They kept bumpin the **** into me, and i yelled at them.

I alamost never go to dances considering middle school dances are kinda well ****. Anyway Ive noticed that nick seems to be the last one to post here for the rest of the night until I get on. Plus this thread also stops being used till about 10 then know ones on PC. Man I would love to be australia cause everyone is on a the moment.

Ugh, slow dances...sure I enjoy them, but they're really awkward. I still don't feel right touching a girl in that way o_O And all the romantic slow dancers get on my nerves too...they press up against each other and look into each others' eyes...it's so dumb, not to mention repulsive.

I have to be gone this morning...I'm going to take the ACT today (for the first time! I'm so scared ;_;) so I'll be gone until after lunch. I've got my pencils, my TI-83, and hopefully some good guessing skills, but I'm worried because I only got three hours of sleep last night...my mom wouldn't turn her bedroom light off, it was too bright to fall asleep in my room. I hope I don't fall asleep during the test though ._.;;

Good luck taking the ACT today! I'm sure you'll do fine on it.

As for me, I have my frist recital today! So that's where I'll be all day today and tomorrow too. I'm not really nervous... yet. But I don't usually get nervous since I know what I'm doing and I'm not alone on stage. I have to be at the school at 11:30 to practice the finale since we are so bad at it. The actual show doesn't start until 1 and I'm only in the second half... so hopefully my friends will stay after our practice so I can hang out with them all afternoon. It should be fun though. I just hope we don't mess up really bad... but after the last 2 weeks of having tap every night we should be fine!

Oh jeez, my recital's today, too. My teacher estimated that it was going to be three hours...O_o There's 43 numbers. Blech. It went by kind of quick at the rehearsal last night, though. Except, I was there for a good 5 or 6 hours, lol. >_< I'm not too nervous, either. I only get nervous before my number goes on. Then I'm fine after that. Mine's late compared to your's...mine starts at 4. Our production number is so messed up and that's what we had to wait around for. Eh, I love all the cute little kid numbers, though! I wish I was doing their Disney songs, lol.

Tomorrow's show is at 3. And my mom told me that tomorrow's show is filled with the little kid acts. I love watching some little kids dances... but when there are just so many it gets boring. I like the ones that actually have tap in them! Not just step together and clap and then throw whatever prop (usually a teddy bear) into the air and catch it... and they do that the whole dance. I hate those... they're cute and all but they're all the same. I love when the little kida actually tap. Last year the class with the 5 year old boy in it was so good! They did "Going to the Chapel," and he was a groom and all the girls were brides. It was adorable... and they actually tapped! I hope he taps this year too. Yesterday at dress rehearsals I just sat and watched and I sat through so many little kid classes... they're all the same.

That's the bad thing about OC in the late night and early morning; nobody's here. That's why I got off so early last night.

Trust me, it'll work. :P
But if you don't give them the money, they'd go on a strike. XD

I feel dumb... not bad. :P
Thanks anyways. ;)
Me too...I can't dance for my life.
I feel pretty awkward since I'm pretty athletic. XD
I'm doomed since I have a prom next year. I don't know what to do. :P

That's scary.
Some girl that starts laughing at you eveytime she see's you.
Looks like someone said something behind your back.
Maybe she's plotting something against you?

You can ask Kirsten what's so funny.

I happened to be in the same situation in 3rd grade.
People kept looking at my back and started laughing.
So it turns out I had a "Kick me" paper taped behind my back. XD
Boy....I was mad. :P

Whoo! I'm finally back from testing, 4 hours of it x_x The ACT isn't as hard as I expected that it would be, but it was still really challenging. The time limits are way too short...on the english portion, we had 60 minutes to answer 75 problems! On the math portion we had 60 minutes for as many problems, and on reading and science we have 35 minutes for 40 problems...somehow I managed to answer everything, but I was under a whole lot of pressure...I sort of felt awkward there because I only knew of two other juniors-to-be there as opposed to a huge amount of seniors-to-be from a couple of differnet counties...all in all it was fun though. I like testing my wits every now and again, and this was the perfect opportunity...

FREAKY!! I just came back from my ACT!! And this is post I read heh...I don't think it was too hard. The science and reading portions had me down to the last minute, but it wasn't anything I haven't done before...

I know I totally spanked that test...heh

BOO ya!

I saw a pic of Alyssa in one of Jess's conversations...that freaked me out
