Ugh, the people who are hardcore gamecube-haters sicken me. I've put up with them at school, back when they used to pick on me for having one and kept referring to it as gaycube and that sort of stuff...fanboy morons -_-;; Gamecube has the most good games of any of the three systems out there if you ask me. Most people probably only own PS2s for Final Fantasy or Grand Theft Auto, or only own Xboxes for Halo...Gamecube has more games that I would play than any other system, and that's why I bought it instead of Xbox or PS2. It doesn't have a DVD player...so what? Most families already have a DVD player, so that feature would be useless and only jack up the price. There's guaranteed quality behind names like Mario, Zelda, and Metroid...none of the other systems have any game series that legendary, people have to guess when buying their games whether they'll be good or not. That's what I had to do with the PS1 and half the time I bought a game I hated it...I only had the bravery to pick games from the $8 bargain bin because I had played so many crappy ones...and I don't care about the hardware at all! If a game's good, it's good, regardless of its speed or graphical quality. It's all about the games, not the system itself, and people refuse to realize that.
