My grandmother is an okay cook. You'd expect her to be awesome since she's Italian but I don't think so. But then again it could be cuz I live with her. I like some of the things she cooks but I only get the good stuff on holidays. Everyday for lunch she makes me the same thing... pasta. And meatballs... but I think they're poisonous... well okay, so I don't think she cooks them well enough. Either way I always feel sick after eating them. But I guess my grandmother's cooking is better than your's Teara.

Oh great, my sister broke something and the first person who gets yelled at is me! Why me? I'm in my room on the computer. I always get blamed first... and I never do anything. It's cuz my grandmother hates me...

Oh and hi Becky! I haven't seen you around here in a while.

If your the older one than it makes sense. Grandmothers always hate the older child. I don't get it myself either.. but it happens.

Maybe it's because one day you where the cute little child that she could take advantage of, and then the next day your driving a car, beefing the stereo up at full volume with a 600Watt Subwoofer, smashing every window in your car while you have your girlfriend in the back seat making out with ya, and she wanted to get out but the door was locked..... o_O? ... Hey look a bird outside! *tries to divert attention from his wicked imagination*

Totally Ashley! My Grandmother cooks good, But...Since she's a por2gee, the magic ingredient is Salt, and she uses to much of it :( I swear, she salts everything to much, i love my grandmother and everything but..Salt is such a killer!

Well I am the older child... actually I'm her oldest grandchild. See, this is my mom's explaination for it... when my grandfather died we had to move in with my grandmother so she wouldn't live alone. My sister was only around a year old at the time so I guess my grandmother attached herself to my sister. And it's been that way ever since. But I've kinda gotten used to the hate for me... although sometimes it gets to me. Like today my sister broke her desk and my grandmother heard the crash. The first person she yelled at was me. And then she didn't believe that I didn't do anything until she saw what my sister did. *sigh* Oh well...
 
hehehe, your sister should be glad. Me being the younger child gets to me SO much because I get blamed for everything.. too bad it's the other way around for you.
I think it is that theory ^ there. Your grandma would get attached to your sister because she was young and growing up with her around kinda makes you feel like a parent. So it would make sense, but i'l give you 2 years. By then you'd have been so p#ssed that you wish both where dead. Thats where you'l have to fight back. Don't sit back and take it, it makes them feel powerful. Yell back, it helps, I would know. I'v had to put up with THEE worst excuse for a sibling on this planet. He's 17 now and he acts the age of 9. His whole life is a joke, sarcasm and useless childishness. I can't talk to him 1 sentence without him sayig it back to me in some retarted voice. I'v had to put up wit hit for 15 years. It was time for me to grab the knife! But I didn't. I just beat the crap out of him now. He deserves it too :D

2 years? Heh, in 2 years I'll be out of this house anyway! Hopefully. Since I only have 2 years left of high school I think I'll just put up with her for those 2 years. I'ce already spent half of my life in her house since I was 8 when I was forced to move. I still say my cousins should've had to move instead since they lived a bit farther away and if they moved in with my grandmother we'd all live closer together! But no, it was my family that had to move.

As for my sister, well she's 10 now. My grandmother definitely favors her over me. But my sister gets yelled at a lot too... although she does get away with more and I get all the blame. Like for instance the other day. I was in the living room minding my own business playing Mario Kart or something. Then my grandmother comes over to me and starts yelling! And she said something like, "Didn't you see what your sister did when her friend was here? She spilled stuff all over the rug! Why didn't you do something!" or something to that degree... it was all in Italian and I kinda tuned her out. But she was basically blaming me for something my sister did. And I wasn't even around when it happened! I don't know why I got yelled for that... but I guess I should get used to getting all the blame. Especially now that it's summer and I'm home every other day with just her in the house...
 
Poor you. People end up psycho ater being treated like that for long periods of time. Trust me I saw it on TV, it has to be right.

You know what you could do? Find flaws in her life and point them out to her. And keep doing it :D That should shut her up. You know, if she truly hates you and is evil she would go screw something up on purpose and blame you for it. If she does that one day, you know thats crossing the line. Just wait till you get your first car. You can be out the house all day, and you can even sleep in your car if you need to. Only come home for food. <-- thats my life plan for escaping cruel sibling
 
Hey, guys, what's up? I haven't been able to get on the internet until now. Earlier today I tried to get online 41 times, but it failed every time. I then finally gave up and went shopping with my dad to a hardware store called Menards, which is like Home Depot, and then to Wal-mart. At Menards I saw like 4 people that I knew, and one person that I saw at Menards (someone I didn't know) I later saw at Wal-mart. XD At Wal-mart I saw a car with a Florida license plate and another with Texas. They came from 2,000 miles away from where I live. When I came home I tried to get online again and it worked the first time. ^_^
 
I don't think I'll end up psycho. I'm pretty good at keeping cool in situations like that. Although she has made me cry a few times. I don't think she's ever screwed something up just to blame it on me... at least not that I can remember. That's more my sister's job. When I get a car... that's more of an if! My parents aren't going to help me get one and I don't have money. I've had my permit since April and haven't actually used it for anything yet.

41 times LM? Did you actually count? That's a lot of tries though... I give ya credit for persistance! I hate when I try to get online but the connection is down or something like that happens. And it does happen quite often for me sometimes...
 
You remind me of the days before I had cable. I once tried to connect 80 (Ya, 80) times, until I had enough I just went nut's. Called up that crap company and told them to shove their connection up their a$$ and we got cable a week after.. But it took me a LOT of nagging and promises at doing better at school (yea right, for 2 weeks) but I got it. I'v had cable for 4 years now. It's soo slow though. I want VHDSL :P Lol, I'm greedy. Na It's alright, but I could do with a 42Mb upload speed *drools*
 
Why would you need such a large pipe up unless you were massively file-sharing or gaming? O_o;
 
I dunno. It's just that it would be cool. I could show off to everyone.. thats a good reson to waste all that money, right?
 
Lol, nah. My ISP offers a package that?s only a Megabit a second faster for like $80, verses the 35 I pay now. >_>;

Yes, I actually counted. It was hard to remember what number I was on sometimes, but I still did it. Lately it usually connects on the first try, so I don't know why it failed so many times this time. Also, at the same time, I was playing Pok?mon Ruby on my GBASP raising my shiny Vileplume. I was trying to find a shiny Absol at the same time on Route 120. I came across many Absols, but no shiny ones. My shiny Vileplume is the only shiny Pok?mon that I have ever caught, and it was back on 11/25/03. It was a level 13 Oddish when I caught it. Now it is at level 49. I probably will never find another shiny. They are so rare, and I have bad luck with shinies. :(
 
I once found 3 shiny's in 1 week.. cool!?

I have a 10Mb downstream connection, 128kb upstream. I pay $75AUD($51USD) which is really cool. I get 12GB download limit, which I have about 4 MB left of right now.. I'm gonna be capped in 5 minutes! NOOO!!!
 
I have a 30 GB cap which I?ve never used, and am thankful for that. o_o; Yours is a lot faster though, but I don't do activites where I'd see the difference.
 
Uuh.. I download very high quality of Anim? fansubs. Each eppie about 240MB. That what all my limit goes towards >_> I'v got an 80Gb HDD. It's running out way too fast! I'm getting a DVD burner next week. + I'm blowing $160 on cooling for my computer too. I'm a technophile! My computer is like my child.
 
I have the DVD burner, it works wonders, when my uncle records stuff, we hook it up to here, and burn it for everyone so that they can see it, since none of us really use VCRs anymore.
 
DVD playa~'s have major issues with using the right DVD. They cost a lot, and the cheap ones literally burn if you use them at a speed too fast. But I'm still happy to own one in a week. wehn you really consider the bits in a CD and the ones on a DVD, the DVD is actually cheaper! and it's 4.7 GB, thats the size of my old hard drive :P
