Oh good move....I can't even write a paragraph in 15 minutes. XD
Well if they leave school earlier, probaly they'd have to start school earlier. :P
I start school around the 7th of September. When do you start school?
It was great... we made up the whole oral presentation on the spot. I'm used to doing thigs last minute though... I really need to get out of that habit though. I tried doing my homework last night... but after a few hours of basically staring at it... I gave up! But I still got credit for doing it... how that happened I don't know! For the project we basically read what he printed out for us word for word too. But we kept in the time limit and we did include all the things that were needed... except a magazine source. But one thing shouldn't hurt the grade too much... I hope...

As for when I start school... August 30! Why August? It's not fair... we used to always start after Labor Day and the last three or so years we've started in August. We start school two days after my trip to Disney World... I betcha I'll be sunburnt when I get back from that trip... and I'll have to go to school like that! My arms are still red from last time... in April! I'm serious too...

Look on the bright side, you leave school earlier than me. :P
Sunburnt? I don't want to remember what happened when I went to Disney World in 5th grade. During mid-October after the trip my skin was still peeling. XD Luckily I was wearing long sleeved shirts.
Are you sure it isn't a tan? :P

Ouch, I got sunburned last month pretty bad when we went to a beach, it was very fun, but I was peeling for at least a week. It was worth it though, I had a blast at the beach ^^

There is one time that I got sunburn that I will never forget. It was two years ago and I was on the biggest trip that I had ever been on. I got sunburnt from being on Virginia Beach too long, and then I was at the Statue of Liberty where it really hurt. It especially hurt from standing in line for two hours waiting to get in while the hot sun is right over you. I didn't have much fun when I got inside either because it still hurt really bad. That was a time that I will never forget. o_o

You should check out Miami Beach. The warm water melts you away. :P
It had soft sand also unlike NY beaches where everytime you take a step on the sand, you'd feel pebbles and litter. XD

Ooh, Virginia Beach? My cousin lives in Virginia, because her husband is in the Navy, and his ship is based there. I want to go to that beach when I visit her! She told us that the other day, there was a Great White Shark spotted in the area. So, I won't be swimming there! o_o *has just watched part of her grandfather's Jaws DVD*

And I got kind of sunburnt the other day at the pool, though, it wasn't so bad. We swam later in the afternoon. It's really dangerous to swim between like 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, because the sun is so bright during that time of day. If you stay out too long in that weather, you could get skin cancer.

Ack, that sounds like disgusting sand :P. Is the place where you live all polluted and stuff? Our beaches are pretty cool, some have brown water, but there are other ones where the water is extremely clear

Well is a tan red? I don't think so! It isn't as bright red as it was in April... but if you look at it you can see red. Some of the red could be from my cousins' b-day party last weekend though. I'm not really sure though! I just don't like being burnt... and I've never been red for this long before!

I burn every vacation I go on. The worst was when I went to New Jersey in like 5th or 6th grade. My legs were so burnt I couldn't move at all. And my shoulders... oww! I always burn. I need to start using lots of sunblock... but I get lazy...

Our beaches are gross. Water up here isn't clean at all. The CT River pollutes the whole thing with sewage... the water isn't clear at all. And the sand is rocky and hurts your feet. I hate our beaches... I prefer the pool...

The reason I got to go to Virginia Beach is because my parents lived in Norfolk years before I was born. Also, long time ago my dad was in the Navy and was stationed in Virginia Beach. Also, my best friend was born in Virginia Beach. He said that once when he was swimming, a shark was trying to nibble on his foot. o_O

Harsh tans can double chances of skin cancer. Sun block doesn't help much either.
I try hiding in shades when I'm outside in sunny days. I still get a tan. :P
I just noticed a have a misquito bite on my hand. It got really itchy so I tried sqeezing the bump, it just made it painful.
I want a pool but I don't know where to put it. XD

Wow, my cousin lives in Norfolk!

And I think that one time, I almost got attcked by a shark. I felt something swim beside my leg, and sharks do that before they attack something. They have taste glands or something on their skin, and so they can taste whatever they touch. Luckily, I must not have tasted very good. o_o;

My friend went on a Disney cruise last May. She loved it! She was counting down for over w month before she was leaving. She even started writing how many days until her trip in my agenda book. She would tell me how many days were left everyday! Then she left me alone in Spanis while she was away... I was frightened. Then once she came back all she would talk about was her trip and all the friends she made! It sounded like a fun trip! I wish I could go on one... I am going to Disney World in August though. But not on a cruise.

I wasn't really counting down until I got the tickets. I kind of a pessimist, is that the word? I always think the worst thing will happen.

Did it swim away or something?
Where did it happen anyway?
The closest I've ever gotten to a shark was right in front of its face. :P
It was somewhere in Sea World that there was an acquarium filled with sharks. I looked through the glass and the next thing I know is a shark looking back at me. XD

I've actually never been to an aquarium...fish scare me somewhat, especially big ones...and I always have this fear of the glass breaking and getting drowned ._.;;

I'm actually feeling strangely good tonight...I've been reading and I think it's actually calming my nerves...I think I might actually take it up this summer. I feel like reading some classics...The Count of Monte Cristo and Moby D?ck sound good...I might read some H.G. Wells stuff too...I have a library three blocks from my house so I've got it made ^_^ Time flies when you read...I'm reading The Fellowship of the Ring right now and the time went from 6:30 to 8:30 in what seemed like a half hour...just anything to keep me occupied!

... and after you read Mobi****, I'll promise you that you won't ever call anyone a do** ever again... o.o; It was slightly disturbing in that part...

EDIT: Hmm censors are preventing me from saying the name of a book! XD

One of the only things to do here in CT is go to Mystic Aquarium... we don't really have much to do here. I actually think I'm going to Mystic tomorrow... I don't know though. But I've been to plenty of aquariums. I doubt the glass will break though! Aquariums are pretty safe.

Reading? I think I might pick that up over the summer too! I haven't read on my own time in a long time. I used to read every night when I was in elementary school... but now I don't have the time, or the will, to read on my own. Depending on how much I have for my actual summer reading assignment I may start reading again. My library card expires in July... so I'll need to go there to renew it. And while I'm there I could get a book...

Some thought you have there. :P
I tried banging the glass...it didn't budge a tiny bit.

Yeah, I read around 150 pages once and it ended up to a hour and a half.
I thought I just began reading the book but I almost finished it. XD
