Oh... really? The only thing I think I like about Dells are the colour choices...

Those two are unfortunately, the more expensive brands. So I'm not fully decided seeing as I can get a machine with better specs for the same price with another brand like Compaq.

Nah, I plan to buy mine at the shop. I've had a look around, but I don't really fancy shipping one in.
 
I want a laptop.

But there's no point in me getting one since I'm the only one who uses the computer.

But having a laptop would still be nice and I would be able to carry it around and stuff.

I wish I was like you.

My sister always tries to get on the computer, then wont come off when she is supposed to.

Then there is my mum and dad who go on it quite a bit.

And my brother.

Ugh.... I need a laptop.
 
I will be buying my own laptop when I get a job.
Even though I am only one that uses the computer I don't get to use it as much as I want. My dad has a laptop that never gets used. I want that one as it is new and is better than my computer.

I was planning on getting one of the older Toshiba versions or the Sony Vaio so that it'd also last me a few years.

Dells look pretty, but that's about as far as I'd trust them, to be honest.

I've had so many problems with Dell it's not funny - or rather, I guess more with their shoddy customer service. I'm only still using a Dell because they sent me a shiny new one after they were unable to figure out what the heck was wrong with my old laptop. :x They're not a company I'd suggest going with, if possible.
 
Well I spend around 3 hours on the computer. But I only get it the computer for 3 days every week and there is always people to talk to and I want to talk to Suki more aswell.

My dad has a brand new dell laptop. So far there has been no issues with it but it doesn't really get used often. Maybe 1 time a month.

Never mind brands.

The shops can be dodgy too.

When we bought a computer [Reserved but payed in advance actually], PC World, on the day we were supposed to get it, said we hadnt paid so we went through all this crap and got it a week later.

Dodgy...
 
Personally, I actually trust the HP brand. It's proven to be pretty high quality in my experience.
 
my dad actaully has an HP hard drive. o.o; It looks so awesome...better than my crappy dell hard drive. XD

Apparently I've heard Dell's blow up, or get close to blowing up.

My friend had a Dell and it was sparking for no reason and my sister's husband had a Dell too and smoke was coming out of it.... o.o
