Since today pretty much just started, I'll rate yesterday as 7/10. It was nice that I went out to dinner with my Mom and Grandparents, but all in all it was another lazy day. :/

7/10. Had to wake up at 4:30 AM to bring my family to the airport, then I went to downtown for some churros, came home to finally play Ultra Sun, and had a nap. Good Sunday, bar that it has gone on for a bit too long now.

Yesterday was terrible, I almost let myself do something stupid, and all I accomplished was sleeping a lot. 2/10 (Only 2 for the good sleep) >:/

got like 2 hours of sleep, did little to no work in the two hours i was in class then went home in a bit of a rage b/c my friends upset me... buuuuut i'm home eating rly good food in the warm so who's the real loser

The 2 was only due to the fact that I got to leave work 3 hours early for a doctor appointment.

This is going to be a long rant, so just a warning:

So I go to log onto my Ubuntu laptop at home. I find the top menu bar and launcher has mysteriously disappeared. I tried opening the command line with ctrl+alt+t, but it failed. After trying some different things, restarting and all that through the command line, nothing worked. So I looked it up, apparently it is a common bug in Ubuntu 16.04, that occurs seemingly randomly (Nothing is really random). So I tried every fix I could find that was available without internet access (My system had it disabled upon last shutdown, and I had no way to re-enable it.). After trying everything I could several times, nothing would work, so I decided the only option was to re-install Ubuntu. I tried to backup my entire Home folder since I had been lazy about that, but there wasn't enough room on my USB. I deleted several things (Way too many, lulz), then tried to put it on there. It still said there wasn't enough room, so I tried to reformat the USB to be safe. After waiting what I though was enough time, I tried to shutdown the system through the command line. It said something like "Need permission to do so" or something along those lines. NEWSFLASH, this meant it was busy doing something, reformatting the USB. I ignored this and shutdown through root access. Of course, when I started up the computer again, it wouldn't even detect the USB. So I shutdown again and used the USB on my Dad's computer. It said it was corrupted, so I reformatted it to FAT. Finally, when I fired up my computer again, it detected the USB and let me dump my Home folder to it. After that, the next step was restarting my computer with 3 different USB's that may or may not have had the Ubuntu 64-bit installer loaded onto it. Guess which one actually worked? That's right, the 3rd psyducking one! So after much frustration, I finally got it working, got my Home folder reloaded, got all the Firefox add-ons reinstalled, and now I need to reinstall all the programs I used most frequently. >:/

8/10. It snowed the night before so there wasn't much to do today. I mostly watched historical videos, ranging from things like prohibition gangsters, old presidential debates, american civil war stuff. I went out for a while to get snow off my moms car.

It was positive, not a 10 though because I couldn't find much to eat.
