Julie watched two angels flying in before shutting her window. She looked at the other one and smiled.

"Hello, summing neither of you are going to kill me."Julie said."Well here's my plan.We have to gather enough angels from both kingdoms that don't want the war to continue. Then we have to find a way to get us all of the human world. Then we'll meet up,we shall deside where if you agree with the plan. We'll train to defeat the light and dark angels and when they meet to fight,we come and fight against both sides. When we've got them defeated we will do whatever it takes to make them call it truce."Julie said."So are you guys in,or out?"

Silver's blank expression had a bit of irritation behind it; this was on purpose.

"Disagree. I really find it pointless to fight against both sides in an attempt to form a truce. We'd be starting a war because we want a different war to end. And you could try calling in more rebels, but ask the wrong person and they won't hesitate to kill you. So we're pretty much at square one still..."

He sighed.

How about a plan that won't make even more war?

His sharp-toungued comments were another 'skill' of his, but he held it back. No point in causing more of a tear between them, he already felt like he had never known Julie in his life, and she was kind of annoying to him...

Angel sighed as Silver treated her damaged wing. He was an amazing healer. "I was worried", She said, her voice barely audible. She looked at the other light angel, named Julie. She listened intently to her plan. "No. That would be a very bad idea. We, that is Silver and I, want the war to end without fighting. Your plan entails doing just that. Fighting,"She said, her words coming out in a nervous tone. She couldn't feel Silver's emotions anymore, and it was making her nervous. "Perhaps we should come up with another plan?", Angel suggested. *Why can't I read his emotions? Is something wrong with me? Is my talent fading?*, she wondered.

Silver sighed, predicting her thoughts, not even eading them, but predicting them, simply based on body motion, facial expressions, and wits.

"There's nothing wrong with your ability to detect emotions. My ability to hide my feelings is something I'm very skilled at."

He simply blinked and let his emotions show themselves; Irritation at Julie, and her plan, regret, for his outbreak the night before, worry, that Julie may have intention of trapping them here and killing them...

He sealed them away again. It seems he could amplify his feelings too. He reverted to blank and expressionless.

"We need a better plan than that,"

he said coolly. Somehow it was a tad obvious that Silver had tiny grudge against Julie. Probably about the parents talk. Silver closed his eyes, slightly cringing as he rubbed two fingers across his scar, across his face. He did this various times. Like when he's bored, or when he tries to think, or when he wants to make sure that he can still feel pain... He slids his fingers slowly across it, back and forth, waiting for a plan to come from someone, or at least for someone to break the eerie silence, the silence that was likely brought on because of him...

Alex calmly walked across the street. He wasn't very irritated by the fact that Angel didn't answer her phone, but that would mean he would have to find them on his own. He looked around, wondering where to begin. With nowhere to turn, he decided to phone Angel again, hoping for a response. Pick up the phone, dang it, Alex thought to himself. He sighed and walked down the street, waiting for the call to go to voicemail, which it did. Alex left another voicemail. "Can you please answer your phone? I just want to talk to you, Angel. Where are you?"

He turned off the phone and waited for a call back. If nothing came, he might have to get fancy. Alex observed the rising sun, something he had never seen yet. He rather liked it.

Angel flinched as Silver let his emotions out, totally unprepared for the flood of emotions that came from him. This Silver was so very different from the Silver she'd had known yesterday. And this new Silver frightened her. She hid her emotions behind a wall in her mind. She wasn't certain of anything anymore. *Your over-reacting, just calm down. He still loves you, and he wouldn't hurt you for anything*, she told herself. She felt her phone ringing. She got up and walked to the bathroom. She called the number back after listening to the message."Alex?? Why are you calling me? What is so important that your actually talking to me for?", she said." Does Rikki know your out and about? You know how she gets." Angel waited, hearing nothing but silence.

Julie sighed.

"Well were kinda rebelling against a war thats not in full play yet,so we'll still have the advantage whatever plan we come up with.We can't nessarily stop the war els we find a way to convince the leaders of both sides not to go after each other. We'd have to be able to give them both lots of good reason for not fighting though wouldn't we?"Julie said.

She sighed again.Silver seemed so tence. She wondered if he thought she was going to trap in kill them.

"If you want to you can leave whenever you want.I'd prefer we didn't split up till we have a plan to stop this whole war thing, its really stupid.Even though it hasn't started yet we need to keep it from happening."Julie said.

Alex heard her response. Finally, he thought. "I'm just trying to meet up with you. Can you tell me where you are? You're really making things difficult."

Alex waited for a reply on the other side of the phone. He wasn't always a very active person, but he didn't want to make his workload doubled, or even tripled because Angel decided to get a boyfriend. He didn't like to fight pointlessly, but hopefully words would be enough to convince her to come back where she belongs.

Rikki opened her eyes, realizing she'd fallen asleep waiting on the human. Sighing, she grabbed her phone out of her pocket, figuring she should check on Alex's progress. After a few second, it gave a busy signal, and she growled.

"Alex, it's Rikki, obviously. I'm checking on your progress, and. . . look, just call me back okay?" she shoved the phone back in her pocket, crossing her arms.

She probably sat there for five minutes or so, staring at the human, before she got aggravated. So she stood up and walked closer to the couch. She knelt down beside the couch and smirked. I'll send him a little wake up call, Good thing about my powers, I can also send thoughts to people.

She closed her eyes, concentrating on the person in front of her.

HEY HUMAN! WAKE UP! she yelled into his mind. He'd hear it alright, that was unavoidable, if he woke up her not, she was uncertain.

Angel sensed Alex's reason for calling. " Alex....I can't go back with you. I don't know if you've ever loved anyone, but I can't leave him. I know Rikki is upset with me, but I....", she stopped. " Alex, I don't want to fight with you or Rikki. Just forget about me. I'll be just fine. Please, Alex, I need you to understand me. Don't be mad at me please, I'm begging you. You know I don't trust or love anyone. I'm trying to keep the one person I love safe. ...", She glances at Silver, her lighter purple eyes trapped by his darker purple ones. "I'm trusting you Alex. Don't make me regret it.", she said. She now waited for an answer.

(Hey, busy weekend so I may not be on much...)

Silver caught his eyes to hers, automatically seeming to understand what was going on. They're looking for her. He sent his thoughts to her while she was on the phone.

Reasoning with him may not work... Here's a suggestion for them; they could just find a replacement...

Quick thinking on Silver's part. The boy on the phone seemed lazy, and most likely wanted Angel back so there would be less work. A replacement would solve everyone's problems...

While she was on the phone, Silver turned to face Julie. A hint of his grudge toward her was still visible. It seemed his anger was extremely rare, but when it did come out, it stayed for a long time...

"So, any other plans that will stop the war peacefully?"

There was an edge of irritation in his voice. Inside, he was wondering why he was still mad at her. But he was. He was calm and cool about it though, except when he had snapped at her the night before...

Angel nodded as she caught Silver's thoughts. "Alex, maybe you should just find someone to replace me. It can't be that hard to find a girl who'd do anything to be on your team. After all," She said. "You are very cute." Her voice was persuasive, beautiful. To anyone it would seem she liked him and Silver. *He may be cute, but he's no where near as cute as you are, Silver. Plus he's lazy and not very gentlemanly at all. You are the only one I love. So don't get all jealous on me, ok?*, Angel thought. "You don't need me, I'm just holding you back," She began. She pitched her voice lower, now it was hypnotic as it was beautiful."Forget all about me. My name, my number, everything you know about me. You want to forget me. So forget me and move on.Good bye Alex", she said, hanging up her phone and putting it in her pocket. She leaned against the door frame, holding her injured wing unfolded. "I hate days like this. I don't like using my voice like that", she said. She walked over to where Silver sat and sat next to him, putting her face in her hands.

(I understand. Have to clean and do dishes and help the parents with house stuff. XP)

Alex was getting irritated. Before Angel hung up, Alex, usually calm and collected, raise his voice a bit. "Do I have to remind you that you were chosen to come with us because of your ABILITIES? There's no one, NO ONE but us in the Dark Kingdom that can do that. We were chosen because we are the only ones that can! Now tell me where you are, damn it!"

Alex sighed as she hung up. Perhaps she had forgotten. There is no one else who could take their jobs, or else Alex wouldn't be doing what he is doing. They had to do it, or no one could. He decided to find possible motels where they could be staying. He saw the general direction that they flew last night, so maybe it was somewhere around there. He began his search at the most obvious motels, asking if they saw anyone of their description enter there recently. When that motel owner said no, he moved on to the next. Alex was more determined now than ever to find her, because he was doing it for a good cause, well to him it was a good cause. He would find her so he can be lazy again and not obey. After all, three means more division of the workload.

He decided to give Rikki a call. Maybe she would help her search. "Hey Rikki, Alex. Listen..." He explained what he was trying to do. "...So will you fly around and help me search? We could split up to cover more ground."

Silver sensed a bit of danger.

"They're looking hard for us now..."

He lifted her face out of her hands and smiled at her, eyes locking on to hers. He reflected alertness and danger, but over that, he placed happiness and affection. And beneath it all, a slight grudge towards Julie that still remained. He hugged her and calmy said,

"Cheer up, please..."

Before facing Julie again.

"We need a peaceful end-war plan... Without fighting..."

He glanced at both of them, awaiting an answer.

*Damn you Alex!! Damn you to the deepest pits of hell where you belong!!!*, She screamed, throwing her thought to Alex with all her strength. She knew he couldn't read minds, but she used such mental force that it would reach his brain. Now she was furious. How dare they hunt her and her Silver!! Her eyes turned to a dark, dangerous black, glittering with malice and hatred. She did something she very, very rarely ever did. She growled in warning, her growl carried on the wind. Rikki and Alex would hear her. She was shaking in anger. She suddenly found herself trapped in Silver's eyes. She felt herself calm and begin to relax. "I don't like this.", she said. She hugged Silver as he was hugging her. He was always able to calm her down and cheer her up. "There's a mind reader in the Dark Angel group. Her name is Rikki. She's very skilled at fight and flight. She won't stop until she gets what she wants. In this case, she wants me. Stupid, lazy, arrogent Alex!", she said. She shifted position until she was resting her head on Silver's chest. She covered herself with her good wing, suddenly very tired, all the stress finally taking it's toll. *So...warm*, She thought, drifting off to sleep. *I..love..you..Silver*, she managed, before falling asleep, listening to his heartbeat.

After Rikki's latest attempt hadn't worked, she gotten frustrated and stood by the window, thinking about flying about for a while. Before she could do anything though, her phone rang. When she picked it up, she realized it was Alex, telling her Rosie wasn't coming back. Quite simply, she was pissed.

Rubbing her head, she responded. "Alright, I'll search around." then she glanced back over at the, still, sleeping human. "I don't think the human's gonna wake up anytime soon anyway." she grumbled, then remembered she was on the phone. "I've read Rosie's mind several times, and I know her frequency. I should be able to get a reading on her mental pattern, so yeah, I'll start looking." she responded, then hung up the phone.

For a second, she wondered why exactly they needed the phones. Sure, when they started, Alex and Rosie may have needed to contact one another, but she didn't need one. If one of them needed her, they could call her telepathically. She had both of their frequencies programmed into her brain, so she could hear them anytime she wanted, and anytime they wanted.

Sighing, she gave the human another glance, then shook her head. Over the course of the day, she had been checking in on his mind, so she would know it. If he left while she was gone, she could easily find him again, not question about it.

So she climbed out the window, checking for any humans, then jumped, spreading out her wings. As she flew, she concentrated on the mental patterns flying about, looking for Rosie's. In the human world, so many foreign frequencies were roaming about, and making it a bit harder for her to find one specifically. If she was looking for Alex, she could find him easily, but for some reason, Rosie's was a little clouded.

She focused farther, squeezing her eyes shut as she flew. Suddenly, a frequency caught her attention, and she stopped. She turned, and found the line that connected to the frequency. Bingo.

Alex felt a pain in his head. He put his hand up to it and rubbed it. "Man, must be getting a headache." He felt something among the wind. A growl? She must be angry. Alex tried picking up where the sound was coming from. He smiled a bit. Way to lead me right to you, kiddo, He thought to himself. Alex kept his wings in his skin for now, but instead took out his guitar and tried a tune while he walked into the direction of the growl. There was a motel in the distance, which may very well be where they were hiding. Alex paced himself, walking fast but not running. He played the guitar a bit as he walked. Alex scratched his head again as he felt something throbbing in there. He wondered what it was.

He was approaching the motel.

Rikki had found Rosie fairly easily. She was staying at a motel, with two others. She crinkled her nose when she arrived, they weren't humans. And the weren't Darkness Angels. She rolled her eyes. Damn chick's with those stupid Angels. she growled to herself.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Alex, and smirked. Hey Alex! she called into his mind, Do we have a plan? sure, Rikki never really cared about having a plan. She'd rather just go in there and kick some butt, but since Alex didn't like fighting particularly, she figured he might have a plan. Or do I have permission to drag her out kicking and screaming?

Alex felt another pain in his mind. He wasn't very prone to mind reading, and had a hard time interpreting it sometimes, but managed to figure out that it was Rikki asking for a plan.

He thought in his mind, and hopefully she would be able to interpret it. Let me go in alone for now and try talking it out. No point in fighting if we don't have to. He hoped she would let him do this. He didn't want to fight pointlessly, especially against a former ally.

He reached the motel, and asked the front manager if there was indeed people matching the description he gave. When he said there was and pointed out the room number, Alex smiled a bit and head for the room number. He continued playing his guitar and reached the room, then he knocked politely on the door that was supposedly theirs.

Angel heard them knocking. She'd hold them off as long as she could. She shape-shifted into a tigress. She stood in front of Silver and Julie, ready to give her life to defend them. Her tail swished angrily. She waited for them to enter.
