The body needs fat though, diets like that almost never work because they take away what the body does need.

well obviously fibre isnt the only thing you should eat, just more of it. the carbs you eat should have lots of fibre, instead of things like white bread which has like no fibre at all

I know; as bad as this is it's my ticket out should something happen...I won't have to cut off a thumb or lie and tell them I'm gay this way o_o;

They want you to Join the Army?

Some vitamins and minerals are fat soluble, so therein lies the problem...it's necessary but so easy to get too much x_X;

Then that's more of a mental problem that you need help with actually....that didn't come out right but you get what I meant. XD

Oh, then I can still beat you. <___<

Well, exercise might help in that regard because fit people tend to have more endorphins; therefore staving off negative emotions...basically I'm trying to do everything possible to help myself before I have to resort to therapy @_@

I've been getting a lot of calls from them lately...I've got a bad feeling I'm at the top of their draft list because of that...

Its impossible for them to draft you if you're physically unfit to do so..if anything its illegal..

Even fit people have problems. The body isn't always a reflection of the mental state, it's often the other way around.

I wouldn't worry about the army thing though, unless WWIII breaks out, you won't actually be sent anywhere.

I know; I'm just saying I'm lucky that I have all these problems if what I think is the case x_x

Yes, but the two are intertwined, so every little bit helps...I could just use more energy and self-esteem.

i didn't know that. maybe i should exercise more, not only do i have some thigh weight to lose, but starving off negative emotions sounds great

It's always different with people, but one always out powers the other. Often enough it's emotions and that'll be what effects how you take care of your body.

Erm...I think I phrased that wrong; I meant that exercising releases endorphins, so it's not a permanent thing once you're fit, you just feel better mentally when you exercise more.

I hope you meant stave off and not starve off; the latter would be dangerous <_<;

XD whatever, it made sense when i read it and i still need to exercise.

Okay then, just thought I'd clarify XD

I try so hard not to pay attention in Health class, but it somehow seeps into my mind and ends up here x_x

Then again you're also unlucky to have those problems...because they'll affect you in the longrun..

If I watch myself they won't emerge; my mom had a bad habit of eating five candy bars a day when she got older; then she contracted diabetes x_x

I just mean I'd better not go overboard until I'm past draft age...even if I was thin, my knee and spine problems would still keep me out of the service. I'm physically incapable of running, for instance. In a bit of irony, some of my weight problems are caused by my physical inability to be sufficiently active, not the other way around.

Ouch I hope your mom is cured from diabetes. I mean, I eat a lot of candy, but at times I stop.

Wait a minute, diabetes cannot be cured couldn't it?

Most of the diseases out there can't be cured...just...treated..
