Pinch my nose about a centimetre up from my nostrils and hold tissues there for ages. And I tilt my head forward. That helps.

yeah, that works, I used to tilt my head backward but I had to get a cautherization to stop it, cuz I was only helping the bleeding, yay me

Some people tilt their head back but that just makes the blood run the other way. If you want it to stop bleeding you have to tilt forwards.
