I've seen that; it's not bad as a self-contained movie but I've never seen the series so I don't know how it compares in that regard. All I know is that I like the manga (what little I've read of it) better D:

Why would Yzak bother with stealing Ash's Pikachu, anyway? He could just squish Ash, Brock, Misty, May, Max, and that infernal rodent by stepping on them with the foot of his Duel. Considering that the Duel weights over 100 metric tons with its Assault Shroud equipped, Yzak can crush them to a suitable paste. XD

I must admit I never understood why Jessie grinding against a robot was made as a stock avatar........*shrug*
