Describe your Christmas morning

Open my presents.

Thats basicaly all that I do.

I love Christmas. <3 XD My Christmas Eve is actually much more of an affair then the morning is, however.

We wake up around 8 AM [my brother and I around the same time, weird. XD]. We always have to wake up our older brother up because he sleeps in. Mom is usually up, or she might be resting from all the work she's been doing. *cough* XDD. We walk to her bedroom to tell her we're ready, and you are definitely not allowed to look at the tree w/presents until she's ready, haha.

Then we all go down, and ooh and ahh. My two brothers and I all have separate piles, and we usually take turns opening presents. Christmas music is usually playing in the background, and when we're done there are big piles of wrapping paper and lots of new things to do, heh.

Then the next few hours are spent with our new gadgets and games. I'm not sure about breakfast... I can't remember ever having anything because I'm usually too busy with my new stuff. XD

Hehe that sounds exactly like my mom and our morning :D

My grandparents come down a few days before Christmas. On Christmas Eve we might cook a few things ahead of time for the big Christmas dinner, and then a lot of times we'll go out separately and buy some last-minute presents. We'll watch The Christmas Story on TBS at least a few times during the whole day, since they do 24 hours of it every year - it drives my mom up the wall because she hates that movie, but it's a classic.

Then we go to Christmas Eve candlelight service at church that night, and usually we'll go to another one later on, since our church's is fairly early and I have to take care of the music for it - so I really don't get to be with my family. So we'll usually go to another local church's service at 9:30 (ours is at 7 this year) where I can actually participate and be with my family during the service.

We come home and mom goes out in the dining room to wrap presents while I go lock myself in my room and finish wrapping presents as well. Then we go to bed and when 12AM rolls around I'll get on my Wii and send my VC/WiiWare gifts to online friends, then stay up and chat on MSN for a while before going to sleep.

It used to be that I could never sleep Christmas Eve night, and I'd wake everyone up at like 6-7AM to unwrap presents. Now I usually have to be waken up, and it's probably around 8:30ish. Then everyone goes out to the living room, we unwrap presents, during which we take our time and just kinda enjoy our family time. It probably takes an hour or so to get that done and clean up the paper and stuff. Then everyone puts together/plays with their gifts, and then we all pitch in and help with dinner, usually with Christmas carols playing.

We have a big Christmas turkey dinner with all the trimmings (probably like...a 10-12 course meal) around 2 in the afternoon, then we just spend the rest of the afternoon watching Christmas movies on TV as a family, or fiddling around with everyone's Christmas gifts and stuff. Then we have a tradition every Christmas night that we play a game of Monopoly, which I usually wind up winning.

By that time my parents and grandparents are just about ready for bed, and so they go and I stay up for a while and play my new games, check up on PC/NN/other places, and talk on MSN. And that's pretty much Christmas in my house, in a nutshell. XD

My Christmas morning consists of waking up and mosying on down to wherever the tree happens to be thar year. We actually alternate between my relatives in New Jersey and our own house every year. They usually have it in their living room, and we'll have it either down stairs in the bar (Yes, my house has a bar XD), or in our living room as well.

Anyway, we just sit around with coffee or juice, waiting for everyone to get up. My grandma makes italian doughnuts...I forget what they're called, but they're really doughy and have powerdered sugar on them. My uncle also makes his famous cinnamon roll, which is actually pretty good as well. So when everyone is gathered, we start opening presents...usually just going around in a little circle until they're all gone. Then the rest of the day is pretty much everyone chatting and/or looking at what they got until dinner time, which is around 4. I think we have something different every year. I know we've had turkey and lamb a bunch of times.

And that's pretty much it...nothing too spectacular ^___^

My sis and I usually wake up in the morning, usually a short amount of time before the rest of the family. I just wait downstairs with my dog and sis, havin' some pop tarts since breakfeast won't be cooked, due to x-mas' hype. Then, when the rest of the family is up, we start emptying out the stockings. Afterwards, we open the dogs presents (yes, he gets presents too XD). After that, the rest of the presents are opened, and the morning begins to die down, we all just continue on with our normal daily life.

I bet somone is gonna be jealous of me

anways this is how it goes: we wake up at 7 oclock (well I do) and I wait for my mum and dad to wake up while I do that I open the present in my stocking (last year it was pokemon diamond) and then when it's 8 we go downstairs. Then me and my sis open our preasents in our sacks (theres quite alot of them) and then my mum and dad open their presents. after that my nan and grandad and(not this year) my grandma and grandad. when everyone's eaten dinner my nan and grandad go home and then my grandma and grandad sleep over.

Last year was our family's only proper Christmas morning and it was because of me that it happened. I insisted on us eating breakfast before opening our presents, after waking up around 10:30 to find everyone else in the house awake and sitting in the living room; brothers around the tree, sister sitting on the couch half asleep. My brothers obviously wanted to open their presents due to their constant complaining. In previous years, we often all woke up around three in the morning and spent about ten or so minutes opening presents and that was basically our Christmas. I wanted something else last year, so I insisted that we'd have a proper Christmas and, aside from the constant complaining coming from my annoying brothers, we did.

After we ate breakfast, we moved over to the living room and sat on the couch. Yet again, my brothers were running around the tree. I didn't really care. I'm much less into Christmas these past years due to childish behavior coming from those two. It's kinda sad, really. Eventually the time came to open presents. We usually have a designated gift-giver (worst thing ever; I'd like to fetch my own presents, thank you very much) that hands out our presents. Last year, I believe that was my younger brother who did that. Once the gifts are all unwrapped, my brothers usually run in their room, my sister tends to stay in the living room wandering around doing.. God knows what, and I tend to either stay downstairs for a couple of hours and just relax on the couch next to the tree, or go upstairs and pretend as if nothing happened.

Then comes, about four or so hours later (which was around 12:00 p.m. last year) the time to visit family. This is the part of Christmas that I dread. First off, we visit about.. to relative families; My grandparents and my great-grandparents. The whole family is usually gathered at my great-grandparents house, however, for the majority of the year's holidays, so it's rather crowded. That's where the good, expensive presents are.

Once that's done, which usually ends around 10:00 p.m., we come home and have dinner at our house. I can't explain what happens then because.. well, that's the part of Christmas that I don't tend to remember (even though I should). So, yeah.. that was Christmas the way I like it (last year). Though, it won't be the same at all this year for various reasons that will go unmentioned in this reply.

Well usually, im the first up so i wait till around 9:30 or 10:00 and wake my parents up, then i open my stocking up (because its in my room) And then after that everyone goes to the bathroom and then, i get one present, my brothers each get one present and we repeat at a time. So i open, My brother opens, Other Brother opens.

I'm always excited as hell to goto the tree and open my presents! :D

But this year, I'm not at my house, so I'll be spending Christmas day in a different state.
But I get to see family and friends! ^o^

On christmas day I just hear my little sister come screaming out the door saying SANTA CAME! I laugh and enjoy a wounderful day of relaxation and open and give presents to friends and family. There is always a nice fire on the side with milk and cookies next the the tree. We look outside to see rain drops on the street its such a wounderful sight. looking at my little sister's face when she sees what she got from santa it just opens my eyes to life. I wish christmas was everyday because on how you fell when you see little kids opening presents and looking at their face and see that surprise on their face. (makes me so happy)

Keep it coming you guys, reading this really makes me excited for Christmas :)

We usually spend Christmas Eve visiting relatives and opening gifts; the only real gifts left on Christmas are the ones from 'Santa'. I know about the whole Santa thing and my parents know I do, but I still get things from him. :P

So, I wake up. No matter how early I manage to wake up, my younger brother's already awake before me and playing with his stuff. I go through what's under my section of the Christmas tree; usually raising an eyebrow at a couple of the things Santa thought I'd like. If I see something I really wanted or just something that really catches my eye, I'll play around with it for a little while before breakfast. Oh, and I pretty much always forget to look in my stocking.

Breakfast consists of pumpkin roll, which is something very amazing that I only get around Christmastime. Sometimes I try hiding the pumpkin roll at the back of the fridge or something so I can have it all to myself, but my mom always finds it. xD

We spend Christmas Day at my house; eventually my whole family will come over and we'll eat a big dinner, but until then I get to lie around in my pajamas (usually going back to sleep after getting up in vain for the sole purpose of beating my brother).

Simple.

I wake up bright and early and bug my parents to let me open my presents. XD They usually tell me to go to bed but...I don't. XD When I was younger, I used to stay up and play with my toys all night, especially because Santa had already came and it was hard for me to sleep. XD

CHRISTMAS♥ I'M SO EXCITEDDDDasdfghjkl. On Christmas Eve, my family all hangs out and for dinner we have a whole bunch of finger-foods. We get so much, that we can't even eat it all and end up throwing half of it out. :x We usually watch a Christmas movie or something, and just chill out in the living room where the Christmas tree is. It's really nice. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially around this time. Oh, and my brother and I get ONE gift early, and it's ALWAYS a new pair of pjs to wear to bed. XD

Christmas morning we wake up around 7:00-7:30am. We get hot chocolate or coffee, and then start opening the presents. ♥ That usually takes an hour or two at the most. Then we move our gifts to our rooms, and eat breakfast. Then my grandparents and younger cousin usually come up for the day, and we crack open our gifts. I usually spend the day in my room with new video games. XD; but meh. My Christmas is pretty simple, but I love it.

I get up in the morning and my brother, stepmom, and dad will eat some breakfast. And then we will open up the presents and show them off. XD And then my brother and dad will watch some football. While I help my stepmom with Christmas dinner. And then we will eat it and then just relax and watch a movie together. :3

Too bad I won't get to do that this year. :/ Did that last year though. ^^

I don't have Christmas Mornings because i always sleep in. :D

Why wontcha get to do it this year?

Well, I have usually gotten up early awaiting the time at which I can open presents.

But my parents had always slept in, and so did my brother.

But this year, I'm gonna sleep in now.

So HA.

And we get right up and tear into the presents, and THEN we eat. After basking in the glory of shiny things.

Like always we go to my aunts and uncles house at 9 in the morn and spend the day there eating chatting and such. A 30 minute drive as well. Usually i get my presents before hand but this chirstmas i got me a jacket and a shirt from parents. Also if im lucky i will be spending the day after christmas with a special girl. YAY!
