kk got it ill train a bit more thx guys and idk why shix hasnt evolved yet what lv should he evolve?
 
I was in the same situation today. I just used Peck and took out pretty much everyone. Make sure you ahve some antidotes and a few potions, unless you want to leave the gym to go heal.
 
oh and what if a pokemon has learned the HM Cut, can that be removed or deleted?

You can't remove it but there is a move deleter later in the game. I don't remember the town name at the moment.

How do you trade items, do they have to be held by a Pokemon and then you trade the Pokemon?
 
They have to be held with a pokemon and then you have to trade the pokemon, take the item, and trade it back.
