No it is not. Is isn't random. The species of the pokemon depends on the FEMALE. So, if you put in a male Salamence & a female Charizard, you'll get a Charizard. However, the male pokemon determines the moves. So if your male Salamence has Dragon dance, thenyour Charmander will have Dragon Dance. the sex is usually random, unless a poke is unisex, like Blissey. However, there are percentages of getting a certain sex. For example, Eevee has a 85.25% chance of being male, and has a 12.75% chance of being female.
 
Is this pokemon hacked?

It is a BABA Flygon everything is alright on it except the date which is July 1, 2008 so I can't decide ether to keep it or not thanks for all the help on advance.
 
You also have to remember about certain Incenses. For instance, to get a Munchlax, breed a Snorlax that is holding a Full Incense with another pokemon.

In that case, it is indeed hack. BABA Flygon says "Pokemon Event" only.

Take a quick glance in the Pokemon Event List in the Trade Section if you want to see a picture of a legit one.

Also sims, I was unaware that it was possible to get a Charizard through breeding. :D

Don't worry about their stats. That stuff doesn't matter unless you get into competitive battling. Just buff up their levels.
 
Okay, say I have breeded a pokemon purposley to EV train it and wanted to level it up. But I found that because it is at Lvl. 1 it wont do much good at all. Would I have to use Exp.Share on it and battle with a strong enough Pokemon so that it gets the desired EVs?

Another question. If I EV trained, since there is limitations on how many EVs you can get (510?) and also on IVs (250?) does this mean that I technically wouldn't be required to make it go all the way up to level 100 to gain the highest EVs possible? But I would if I wanted the highest IVs...?

Event Searching.

I have one question.
Can you find Event's on the GTS,
and is there a way I can tell.

Ex:
I look on the GTS for a lv70 and above Bulbasaur.
Will the Offerer be 10 ANIV?

no, the offerer will be the trainer name of the trainer trading. You would have to look at the info for that particular pokemon and see what the OT of that pokemon was
 
The tweaking glitch (that i think you are talking about) Involves the Cycling Road, and is absolutely harmless, it just screws around with the tiles.

But it doesnt solely involve Cycling Road, the places I've seen it done (and done myself in certain places) are in Jublife City, Solaceon Town, the resort area and Route 224. However I don't think there has been any confirmation of Darkrai/Shaymin being reached by this glitch.
