No, this isn't talking about donating to PC.

Ever see an old woman walking along the side of the road and stopping to help her out? Or perhaps you plant a tree every once in a while?

    So, do you?

Being a member/worker of the public service, I guess I contribute to the community all the time.

    Meaning I give people their coffee fix. XD;

yeah id o sometimes because old people drop things alot so I help sometimes.
Same here, but it feels as though they think I'm gonna pull a meat cleaver out of my coat pocket.

Also does stopping a potential mugging count? I mean it seems as though a person is getting harassed, then I just sit near that person then the people kicking up a fuss just move away or disperse.

No, there is no community spirit in cities anymore. Anyone could be a psycho and piss off the wrong person and you could end up dead. Why risk pissing someone off?

No, I hate where I live and the people here and I'm going to move somewhere else as soon as I can.

At very rare times. These things are rare in my place. Besides, I hate the place I live in.

But I will do it happily if the chance comes, as long as it does not involve money or sacrificing my dignity.

XD Are you a scary looking fellow? ;D

Of course I help out people when I see them needing it. Many are the times I've helped old, confused people find the right bus at the station XD And if someone drops something, it's natural that you pick it up and give it back if you see it happening.

As for stopping fights though... in school is one thing. There's only kids or at least pretty ok people there. But on the street... I don't think I'd dare to.

Dunno if these kind of things what was Nica was asking for though,,

    :( no

:disappoin:( no, i guess i dont. this year il try to...

I pretty much never help out in my community.

Not because I don't want to, it's because I never get a chance to. There are a lot of elders, sure. But most of them know of "Metro Buses". Yeah, very cool. People nearly never litter, so litter programs are useless.

Yeah, pretty much, too good in my city.

    Sometimes.
I wouldn't go out of my way to look for someone to help but if the circumstances were reversed and they found me; I'd certainly point them in the right direction.

I'll sometimes help out with those kinds of things but not many times. It's because I believe we have to help ourselves before anyone else.

That's why I get proper medical treatment here in America.

I'm not one of those HUGE contributers.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I care for it, but I'm not always such a BIG helper.

So, I help every now and then...

Man I help a lot when I am at work. And sometimes I do when I am off from work too. I will see some customers trying to find something, and I will help them(if they ask me). Even though I am off the clock. I like to help if everyone will let me. ^^

I've picked up rubbish, helped elder people and got the things from shelves they couldn't reach and that sort of stuff.

    Nothing major. :/

At most I give up my seat on the train for old people, even if it isn't a priority seat. But I hate it when they expect you to give up your seat.

Actually yes, I help people quite a lot. Reaching for materials on tall shelves, picking up dropped items, etc. So yeah, if someone needs assistance, I'll usually be glad to do so.
