Do you like Parties?

It heavily depends on the situation. If it's a small party with people I know, or I'm at least with some of my friends and a bunch of strangers, than it's ok, though it takes a while for me to get comfortable.

If it's a party filled with strangers, in a crowded place with loud music, than it's a no-go. I start feeling nervous and phisycally ill if it's too hot and I have to get some fresh air very often, otherwise I pass out.

Alcohol it's my worst enemy. I have a good endurance and I like to take some drinks if I can, but I hate having to babysit and/or being harassed by those who can't control themselves when they drink. This could even ruin a small gathering of friends (and it actually happened to me) if they start drinking too much.

I like parties where I either know most people or have one or a few friends with me who won't abandon me and disappear once they had a drink too many. Even though I'm definitely not a shy person, I'm not the one to squeeze myself into conversations or go up alone onto a dancefloor. I also don't like being slightly too sober but really hate getting too drunk. Oh, the balance!

It doesn't seem like it on the surface, but the term "party" is pretty broad. That said, I do enjoy going out and drinking with friends. It's pretty much a weekly routine for me. If I ever go to something like a house party, I need to go with some people I know though. House parties have a habit of leaving you stranded with groups of people you barely know, and normally that's fine, but it's hard to socialise properly in situations where you are an outsider to a group of people who are otherwise familiar.

Over the years, partying for me has gotten to be more sophisticated, if you can even call it that. I tend not to drink as much, or stay out as late. Quite often I'm happy enough having a group of friends over to my place and chatting/drinking most of the night instead. Plus, you don't need to worry about getting rained on on the way home which is a big plus.

I love parties. As long as it's my type of crowd and the party doesn't get out of hand. Obviously it's not going to be fun if you have loads of idiots vomiting and breaking everything. But parties are generally fun imo. A lot of the time you get a chance to talk to people you might not normally see or you get to meet new people.

I'm not much of a party person. They have too loud music and music I don't really like. I prefer just inviting a few friends over.
