Do you like your username?

I like my current username. It's a name I use in the Final Fantasy 1 remake on GBA (Where I discovered it), an indie MMORPG I played since I was in high school, and Fantasy Life (My favorite RPG on 3DS)!

My old username (GD GaminTank) just didn't work and it seemed like it just me trying to attatch my YouTube username to everything, which is not why I made an account here. I'm glad I was able to change it.

I'm not too sure if my name is good, maybe I should get a better username.

At least it has no numbers.

My old username was part of an e-mail account that I've had for nearly 9 years. As for Thursday, I actually wanted Tuesday since it's my favorite day of the week but it was already used. Thursdays are nice though.

I used to like it a lot back in the days. I still do. But it has become more of an identity thing than it being super cool to me or anything. I've stuck to this name for almost 5 years now and I have been using it everywhere I register myself on. I just can't imagine myself without it now, haha. Hence why I wouldn't go for a name change - I'm sort of scared that I won't be able to get it back haha.

I like mine now. Beforehand, I went with variations of 'Envy', which I still think is a great username for me. Never being happy with most anything I have or am. lol. However, the variation I had before had a special character, and it made it very hard to log in. =/

My new/current username is actually very neat and fits me. It doesn't seem that way, I know. People probably think it's just another generic musical username. It is a musical username, but it does not mean what most may think it does, it is an old musicology term for an ensemble of brass and woodwinds. Considering how much I love brass and woodwind instruments (and I own a ton, too!) it just seems kind of perfect for me.

i've had so many usernames ever since i joined pc (i had so many accounts that i cant even remember most of them), but the ones i remember are just Laugh and Essentials, and now, Hannah. i like my current one because i like my name, though sometimes i kind of wish laugh because it sorta made me feel more unique. i dont have plans on changing back any time soon, though.

yes like this username
it sounds cute when you say it the way i pronounce it lol

Yes and No, I created it about 10 years ago when we had to choose a username for the then brand new computer system, and I, being the edgy cool kid that I was (maybe still am), wanted my favourite colour and favourite animal.

I do like it, and use it on forums as it's the only one I can remember. It does sound like an awful character out of a badly written fan fic but at least it's not XxXx___El3tr1cblu3wo1f____xXxx

I love my username. Ludger is such an important character to me...I'm not gonna get into that though, gushing isn't my thing, haha. But yeah. :)

If I didn't like it, then I wouldn't have kept it for nearly ten years.

Yes, I have been using the Arylett part of this name for that long. (Before that, I was Arylett Dawnsborough, but the Arylett part is the first name, so it's more important) Before that, I was changing my name left and right. Then I started using it on one of the first forums I've ever joined, became a semi well-known member, and it stuck.

I now identify more as Arylett than my real name, because more people have called me that. (I don't have much interaction in real life) It is a name that has existed before I started using it; I made it up when I was 13 by combining the name of various shades of red plus A, the letter of my actual name. So that also makes it ripe for staying consistent, as my love of red is one of the few things that has never changed. It is something that defines me.

So now, Arylett is more than a name. More than a random combination of letters. That word IS me. And whilst I feel mixed about myself in general, Arylett is perfect. It is THE name for me, the one that makes me feel more confident about myself. Thus, I can say I like it very much, and that it won't change any time soon. I hope to be Arylett for many years to come.
