do you organize boxes

I sometimes organize boxes When i can be bothered to do so But if i somehow obtain a special pokemon i will make sure to give it's own personal box.
 
Usually I just have some boxes designated/labeled for certain things. Right now on ORAS I have about 3 boxes for Pokemon I use in battle, 4 or 5 for breeding stock, one for my Vivillon collection, one for my Dittos, one for the shinies I've accumulated, and one where I place completed breeding requests till they get sent off to the customer. Other than that I don't tend to organize much, was never into organizing by type or dex number or any of that.
 
Cleared trash out on SM.

I've got 1-30, 31-60 all the way up to 301 for my SM Living Dex so I can transfer between Moon and Sun when I restart it.

I've then got a Box designated for each Apricorn Ball. A few more boxes for HA and Egg Moves I'm yet to breed onto Apricorn Mons. Another few for completed projects that I use competitively.

Finally I've got an Ingame box. Contains my Synchronizers, Pickup and others.

Rest are for breeding/giveaway.
 
I tend to sort my boxes by TCG color. I usually go by primary Type, but I may use the secondary Type if I need to make room (especially for the Blue and Green boxes) or to better-fill certain boxes (like Black or Gold).

Red: Fire
Orange: Fighting, Ground, Rock
Yellow: Electric
Green: Grass, Bug
Blue: Water, Ice
Purple: Psychic, Ghost, Poison
White: Normal, Flying
Black: Dark
Silver: Steel
Gold: Dragon
Pink: Fairy

Then I have separate boxes for Shinies.

SH Random: Full-odds and randomly-encountered Shinies post-Shiny Charm
SH Masuda: Shinies hatched via Masuda method
SH Radar/DexNav: Poké Radar and DexNav/Sneaking Shinies
SH Safari/Horde/Fish: Friend Safari, Horde, and chain-fishing Shinies
