Actually I do. I may not do it every night, and I blame that on myself, but I try to speak to the "man upstairs" as much as possible before I go to bed. I usually thank him for his blessings and other related prayers most nights. I also ask for forgiveness and hope for a better day everyday. I feel more comfortable going to bed knowing I said my prayers. At least I know I did a good deed in doing so and hopefully he'll answer my prayers when the time comes.
I was brought up to do so, and to be honest when I was a kid I lied saying I said my prayers at night. After a sudden turn of events in life a couple years ago though that changed. Like I said though, I may not do it every night, but I try.
