Do you read as you write/post?

Well... I do that of course. I must be either drunk on very sleepy when I don't do that. I can always edit...

I'll skim my post after it's written to make sure it makes sense and I didn't make any typos. Sometimes I won't do the read until after I've already posted it and it's always those times when I notice a typo or mistake, of course.

If it's a more important post (or a long one), I'll edit it almost too extensively to make sure it's cohesive and well-written. If I'm gonna make someone read a wall of text to find out my opinion or advice, I feel obliged to make it an enjoyable read at the very least. Sometimes a long-ish post can take me hours to get right. I don't run into this much anymore but I still have a bunch of post drafts on my computer from posts that I just had to get right. It's slightly embarrassing how much work went into some of them.

All the time. I'll check for spelling errors, grammar errors, "oh wait this sentence sounds weird", start over, check this, check that, "no I feel dumb saying it like this", start over...

There's a reason I can't post fast like some people. I spend too much time mulling over things and making sure I have it just right or close enough to it that I'm satisfied. It's kind of annoying at times, actually. :(

I read, but I don't reread, which leads to some really stupid typos on my part. But yeah, there's a little voice in my head as I'm typing this all down that's going "REREAD WHAT YOU WROTE MORON".

sometimes i post the way i pronounce words...i read what i write after posting it..stupid! maybe but who cares!
