Does anyone know

That's too bad. Hope Serebii, Bulbapedia, or any Pokemon news/info sites makes this a little more clear. For now they mentioned they were February and May tera raid events. My fear is they'll never make these 2 available knowing how game freak or whoever releases events.
 
Obviously they'll be eventually obtainable one way or another. It makes no sense to keep them forever locked as timed event exclusives. The DLC update will probably do something about it.
 
Hope so, or else they'll become the next zeraora. Which is locked away to 2018 events in only USUM and no other ways to obtain legitimate ones besides cloning, hacking on the 3ds, or trade bots. Which the latter 2 options are frowned upon as those pokemon are illegitimate, illegal, or fake. Aside from modifying a Nintendo switch could result Nintendo banning the user not only in home, but also communicating with other players online over Nintendo's online membership on all 5 or future pokemon gaming servers. Trade bot pokemon may be a viable option. However, these could be extremely sketchy, example pokemon turning into bad eggs or being deleted all together. People who believe that getting a real authentic Pokedex is 100% achievable are wrong. Cloning also has its issues in home as if the pokemon was even in there once puts a tracker on said cloned pokemon and deletes all other clones in preventative measures on hackers. Plus the authentic dex club calls them fake too. I mean come on authentic dex club. There is no way to turn back time to attend all past events if you miss them or delete your save file without backing up valuable pokemon. Authentic dex club also mentions Pokemon go as the alternative to claim events, but there is a problem with people who want to complete a living dex across all games from red to violet, home, and even go. Mythical Pokemon can only be caught once in go, making it impossible to complete a living dex in go if you use the pokemon go transporter. What also bothers me in home that you can't move Pokemon to a save file because it's not in the dex or something arbitrary like that. To authentic dexers, if you want us to complete a dex legitimately, complain to the ones in charge of mythical events.
 
I mean it's just frowned upon among the community. Is there really ways to claim legitimate mythical pokemon via games of origin outside of shady tactics? Is the dns exploit allowed? What if I missed an event and the event has expired on 3ds or switch? Is cloning pokemon condoned on this site or not? I have so many questions about these topics because I plan on completing homes living dex from Kanto all the way to paldea.
 
No. Cannot legitimately claim certain Pokemon currently. Personally sees nothing wrong with hacking in Pokemon you have no means to obtain. Varies by person, though.

Cannot confidently recall PokeCommunity's official stance on things like this. Frowns upon hacking in Pokemon to trade to others. Does not care if you hack stuff in purely for yourself. Do not quote that, though.

Hmm, that seems to be logical. Because the only mythical Pokemon that are easy to obtain by legitimate means include; virtual console celebi, oras deoxys (which I'm unsure got demoted to legendary), phione through breeding manaphy whether it's hacked or not, Arceus in LA and BDSP (demoted to legendary unclear), magearna scanning qr code, meltan, and melmetal through Pokemon go and home linking. I probably missed out on other details of owning certain game save files which unlock multiple events. Like mew only for SWSH and or BDSP no less, (have a LGP/LGE save data not sure if it gives out 2 mew) BDSP jirachi (have save data from SWSH), and sinnoh mythicals by completing both save files of BDSP and LA or the other 3 game save files. I just fear that walking wake and iron leaves will become this generations mythical pokemon and fit one of these three categories. Example 1: These pokemon will only trade for other rare unobtainable pokemon or even hacks. Example 2: People will simply not trade them if they own any, knowing how rare they are. Example 3: If traded and put into home in the worst case scenarios would result in a ban, bad eggs, the pokemon being deleted all together, and or all 3 in any combination. Sorry for the long rants, I just feel passionate about completing a living dex by any means possible.
