Look, in public middle school we focused more on geography than history in social studies. And while it is true we had to read a novel set in WWII times, I don't recall reading anything about the event. In private school, we didn't really learn anything about WWII.

And I'm not doing any iconmaking at the moment. I'm watching X-Files.

I was just joking around about it~ I know different places teach different things. I just couldn't resist the opportunity to be ornery~

But, my school system started touching on it... 5th grade? 6th? I dunno. We never went completely in-depth until Freshmen year, though.... Maybe they felt our feeble minds would collapse or something. I dunno.
