100. It did mess up my Silver, though. I didn't know what it was when I got it, so I put a Pokemon with it in the PC, not knowing that it would cause it to be that way forever, and it gradually infected my boxes until I decided to restart. They fixed that in Gen III, though.

Don't know where you can get an Everstone, but how PokeRus works is different from Gen III on. The importance of PokeRus is more for those who battle competitively and EV train and such these day
