Cirno is known for her childishness (read: stupidity), so the term "Cirno" is often used instead of "baka"(バカ, fool) as a joke in the Japanese Touhou community. Apparently, even ZUN himself isn't an exception; in the manual for Phantasmagoria of Flower View, she is labeled as "9. Moron" in an explanation of the game screen's layout.

And oh god this X-Files episode was interesting. A writer somehow brings his character to reality, and his character goes and commits seemingly perfect murders. With that, he writes of the things that happen around these murders and around his own life. He later gets arrested and released, and finds out that his book's only true ending is for Agent Scully to die. So he burns his book while his character nearly kills Agent Scully. She lives in the end, and the author rips his own heart (his character did the same with the others, except without leaving a trace). And the heart is still beating even though he himself is now dead...
