Noob =! new person to a site/the internet. Noob == Really annoying person on the internet, ie: a troll, a pretend-they-know-it-all.
Newbie == new person to a site/the internet.
Really bugs me when people get those mixed up, even though that's pretty much everyone who does that now.a lot of newbies have been pretty noobish throughout the history of the internet, though :x

Well, it's not exclusive to the internet, though n00b originated in 1337-speak. Newbie has offline origins, and I've often seen it shortened to "newb" online.
yeah I know I'm pedantic about this weird little thing, but "noob/n00b" is one word I'd rather not see invading everyday English. "Newb" is something I don't mind so much

Ninetales and Politoed have Drought and Drizzle respectively because Dream World. It's not like weather is an entirely new thing though since we had Sandstorm and Hail stall teams last Gen.
But don't ask or trust me too much. I know just as much about Gen V competitive battling as most of you know about anime: I've only seen a few streamed videos of it.
