Seriously though, whatever character development happens in that show occurs outside of the fighting and results in the character being written out of the plot at the end of the episode. :derp

It's 14 episodes, so I'm expecting an, "Oh, look! Let's examine these people, then end the series!" show, rather than some deep, complicated masterpiece.

And, like I said, shooting stuff is fun. :D

1. Never played Clannad, Kanon, or anything else by the guy. So I really don't know his works, besides "They're pretty."

2. Fourteen episodes. Count 'em. That's enough for character exploration, a tad bit of development, and a mindscrew or two. Even with all that, still not enough for much.

3. I have no idea what to expect, and I'm setting my sights low. You'll only be pleasantly surprised that way. XD

So, yeah. Here's what I'm expecting out of Angel Beats!:

1. Amusement in the first half of the episode, and to be crying for the next. From the reviews I've read, I'll get it.

2. Insane plans, exploring the Purgatory high school thing, and some cool fight scenes.

3. I want to know who the characters are, why I should like them, or why I should hate them.

4. I WANT KANADE TO MOVE AT A PACE THAT IS FASTER THAN "I'm gunna walk dramatically nao, kthxhello."
