29. I suppose if you're not feeling colder air in the direction of the vent, it's probably just that the room itself is being over-cooled. I personally dislike when public buildings have cooling systems that aren't divided up into areas of the building.

Aye. I'm about to head to my class, so I'm really hoping that it's warmer there than in the library. Least the internet didn't spaz as much as it usually did today. This morning it was spazzing like crazy. it was horrible. not so much since.
