During Day Four

Everyone paired up with a card, well almost everyone. Unfortunately, only some of the cards were effective protectors, some of them seemed practically useless.

A Tweedle-trick came in to play, in the midst of today's chaos. Unwittingly, Bardothren fell for their elaborate plan and ended up on the bad side of a lynch mob.

Then, of course, there were The Red Queen's trump cards which kicked into action.

One critter picked The Red Queen's loyal servant. Just as night fell, he approached NightKrow with a smile on his face. NightKrow was happy to see the playing card, assuming he was there to help, but her smile dropped as the club sticker began to peel away revealing a big, red heart.

Bardothren & NightKrow died!
O'aka XXIII was late and disappeared.​

During Night Four

During the night the cards showed off their prowess. Whilst the odd number cards were mostly useless, the even cards seemed at least somewhat helpful at protecting their peers. The Jack, Queen and Ace were even more successful guardians. Unfortunately, one secret heart had already murdered NightKrow, and two more were in disguise waiting to inhibit, hurt and betray their partner.

Klippy went to bed comfortably, knowing his Joker card was on the prowl around his house ready to take out anyone who ventured in. He never expected someone to come and check on him in the early hours.

A voice called through the door after several knocks were ignored, "Klippy are you alr-?" ...

Elsewhere, The Queen prepared herself to take out another troublesome foe. He had already been weakened by a bad choice in playing card, so it was easy for The Red Queen to pick him off no matter the scenario. Meanwhile the Jubjub bird found himself less fortunate, picking on someone with an effective bodyguard and ending up roleblocked himself.

Claiming as Time. My two win-condition options were sending Alice to the front of the queue three times, or sending the Red Queen to the front three times. I picked the Alice one, meaning that as far as I know I don't have a win condition anymore.

I attempted to send Ethereal Wizard to 20th last night (sorry*). I sent in a (hopefully) valid NA around six hours after the phase post, so I don't know if I succeeded (the reason I question its validity is I attempted to send NK to 1st, but didn't notice they were dead until moments after).

*unless you're scum, in which case apology rescinded.

I'm Bill. I've done my share, so outing won't hurt too much.
Good thing is I have email subscription enabled, so I can send my NA in right after the phase changes, if I'm fast enough. Red King is dead too, so there's no need to worry about Red Queen being first.

Anyways, there's obviously two people lying about their roles. Looking at Earth Traveler and Wiz for starters, even tho I realize I'm in the same position as them. Also, Golgari can you prove Abby is Tweedledum? Have you ever managed to get in a chat together?

Sorry. I suspected you most at the time. But tonight, I suggest you switch with one of the three who just claimed. Gunner, did you get a NA in last night? If so, can you share who you targeted?

Ulli, if you used some sense, it's easy to determine the role. Haven't said it because it's pointless to share.

That said: I say our choices are among the three who didn't claim until today OR someone whose role was claimed with no proof.

I'm sure there are others who can vouch for themselves or others, but off the top of my head only myself, Gunner, and drewbie are proven innocent (unless drewbie knows who took his role as well and so on). We need to think critically here and not jump the gun if we can help it.

That said, unless Doof and Abby can provide better evidence they're together as the Tweedles, they also need to be on the suspicion list.

Preeeeeeetty sure I was the very first confirmed innocent when I claimed Pat after swapping with Drewbie (as I was the original Nobody).

Going by yesterday's events, I think it's safe to say that Golgari is also clear.
 
Cool @ Ulli. I knew I was missing some stuff here and there. And yeah, Doof is confirmed too. But has he confirmed Abby is his partner?
