Easiest Legendary Pokemon To Catch??

Psychic twice, followed by 2 Luxury Balls. CAUGHT.

Mewtwo - I used one of my 255 master balls that I got from the cinnabar island cheat.

I think the dogs are the hardest to catch. Becasue when you fly to their spot they flee. >_>
The easiest if Mewtwo, it looks really hard to catch, but it's not actually.

Easiest ever for me was....Rayquaza

In the beginning of the battle i threw an ultra ball for the heck of it...And caught it! First turn! Full health!

I nicknamed him Lucky because he was the luckiest catch i have ever had
