So, I'm creating this Thread for anyone interested in Discussing about the Easter Egg hunt ongoing on the forums right now, for those that want to figure it out themselves, be aware of the risk of being spoiled!

So, did anyone manage to get anything from the clues hinted by Gimmepie? I actually got the first 2 but am lost about today's hint

How straightforward do people want to be about this? Does not mind revealing any found egg so far. Stands at 18/30 right now. (Has not turned in the egg from Hint #3 yet. Found it, though.)

Will be somewhat cautious and just give extra hints on these.

In other news, you can find your green-haired rival playing a game with a grassy egg on route 3.

Refers to Wally. Is not playing an official game either.

New hint: You would think Deino would have a hard time reading and looking at pictures, but it's on page 13 of a graphic novel regardless.

Check out a place with lots of art. How many threads have 13 pages to them?

You'll find this thematically-fitting egg 10 ft deep into a solar swimming pool.

Appears in one of the creative subforums. Look for something involving "solar" and "water" (and with at least 10 pages). (Edit: But not those specific words.)

If your first path didn't work out, try the second. Sometimes, to find a Goomy, you have to go another way.

Found the Pidove egg while looking for this one. Worked out well. Currently at 20/30.

I'll admit I'm curious as to what eggs everyone's managed to find so far. I won't be offering help until I find them all myself, or the bonus art prizes offered for the first few winners are all taken up. But I don't mind mentioning what eggs I've found. (copy-pasted from the event post, for ease)

I literally have no Idea what hint 4 means even with Devalue's hint. I've found the eggs of the previous 3 hints (along with a couple others), but this one I haven't managed to find.

Hid Morpeko very well, in particular. Will not find it without a hint or a lot of persistence. Found it thanks to using the forum search function. Grabbed a couple eggs early that way. May not work anymore, though. Caught onto the image title...or something. Still required sifting through a good amount of posts that were not it.

Hm. Thought of a good question: what is the breakdown of egg locations? Can only speak for the 20/30 found.

Zero in Pokemon Gaming? Suspicious. Knows where to look next.

Bets on multiple missing eggs in the Pokemon Trivia and Forum Games subforums. Is not about to look through a 200+ page thread, however. Waits for the hint.

Hah! I interpreted this hit completely differently, and it resulted in finding a totally different egg in a totally different section lol. The only reason I bring this up is because if it wasn't for your stats list, I actually scrolled right passed the one this hint mentioned and somehow missed it. The only reason I knew this was because you don't have the one I found using this hint as a description. Use this info how you will lol.

After spending multiple hours scrolling through HUGE RP threads in search of the 1 egg I apparently missed in the Create & Discover section, on top of finding out I somehow missed one in both my HEAVY searches in the Off Topic related section and *shudders the ROMhacking section, that's absolutely all my mental can take.
The 30 minute scroll through some of the writing section's threads... The multiple 100 page threads I combed through... It's just too dang much for me. It's not even fun anymore, it's just wasting time at this point...

I'll still look for stuff when hints pop out, but I also suck bad at riddles. So I'll be looking for deciphers here once they come out... >.>

Did you find the 9th Create & Discover egg? Asks because of seeing the nine eggs from there crossed off on your list. Did you count Scorbunny as General Pokemon Discussions or Create & Discover? Counted it as Create & Discover because of originally appearing there.

There's at least 10 in C&D, and yeah, I did. Though I may have miscounted due to the Goomy egg I got later on. But that still doesn't explain where the heck I missed 3 of the eggs you found except in FG and a few of the bigger threads in ROMhack showcase (or one of those i don't recall which). Not to mention the one in the OT sections 😵 I was extremely thorough with the only exceptions being 2 very large threads in E&M, and both of those I still went pretty deep into.

Update: I've now found 16/30, meaning I'm just over half done finding them. I've also managed to find the egg of hint #4.

245 is a very high number, but a smart Quaxly can count much higher.

Knew exactly where to go for this. Where else is there counting and page counts in the 245 range?

thank you for this thread. I was having trouble with the hints and finding the eggs. x.x Learning disabilities were making it hard for me, but this thread does add some hints that make a little more sense for me. I haven't figured out many of them, but I also haven't been really trying either. XD

The Houndour egg is kept in the company of a Grass type with a gaming addiction.

Cannot think of too much more to add to this. Look for a Grass type Pokemon in the Video Games section.

Already had found the Houndour egg before hint #6 was revealed, so I don't have to look for it.

Hope one of the future hints is for the Morpeko egg, that one must be the most difficult one based on what Devalue said.
