Eeveelutions....

I started this thread to hear peoples thoughts on the Eeveelutions (Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon, along with Eevee). I personally have never used one, but i like the designs. Here are some questions to think about, regarding eeveelutions.

Have you ever used one in a team?
Which is your favorite?
Which do you think would win in a battle (if all 8 battled)
How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type?
Dual type eeveelutions?
Third stage eeveelutions?( Eevee - Flareon - Inferneon)

i love the eevee evolutions i have used each i love them all they are each diffrent and special. in a battle of all 8 i have no clue witch would win. the eevee evolutions do not need a third evolutions it would just be dumb. i would love to see each type of eevee evolution it would be amazing

Yes, I have used ones like Umbreon and Flareon in my previous teams.

Which is your favorite?
Flareon.

Which do you think would win in a battle (if all 8 battled)
I think Jolteon would win in a battle, if all 8 of the Eeveevolutions battled.

How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type?
I would feel that it would be a nice addition, if there were one for each type.

Dual type eeveelutions?
N/A.

Third stage eeveelutions?
I don't really like the idea or the thought of having a third stage for the Eeveevolutions.

I like all of the Eeveevolutions because they do seem kind of special in their own way.

Yes I have which is vaporeon.

Glaceon and vaporeon.
Which do you think would win in a battle (if all 8 battled)
Well I think all of them would except for the first evolve.
How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type?
It would actually be more useful but then it might be annoying getting the dark type and pyshic type evolve.

I can't use Eeveelutions. I am notoriously indecisive, and giving me a Pokemon and saying "Pick what type it evolves into", I just can't handle that. Whenever I'm in a game with an Eevee I always box it because I can't handle the decision of what to evolve it into. xD;

I would like ones for each type if only to make people stop making fan Eeveelutions, but dual types is a bit too far. There's what, 100+ combinations? Wayyy too many.

I actually thought about that question too! And the results were either Jolteon or Umbreon~ (But Jolteon is 0.5x against Leafeon so probably Umbreon)

That would be so awesome, I'd breed Eevee and get all of them lol~

Have you ever used one in a team?: Yes I did (Jolteon and Vaporeon in FireRed and Flareon in LeafGreen).
Which is your favorite?: Jolteon.
Which do you think would win in a battle: Espeon, because it gained Magic Bounce in Gen V, meaning that it can't be affected by most status attacks.
How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type?: It'd be overkill
Dual type eeveelutions?: Nope. Eevee is fine as a single type for now.

The eeveelutions are already pretty strong as is

That would be silly. I can imagine maybe a Steel, Ghost even a Poison evolution but things like Dragon, Bug, Rock or Ground would be silly to me.

That's just silly.

Third stage eeveelutions?( Eevee - Flareon - Inferneon)
That would mean giving every single one a third stage. So already that's an extra 7 pokemon. That'd be far too many.

Now I guess I'll answer the questions for myself, since i got more posts than i expected

Have you ever used one in a team? Nope, but some of them seem team-worthy
Which is your favorite? Up until 2nd generation my favorite pokemon was vaporeon, but now i like espeon/umbreon
Which do you think would win in a battle (if all 8 battled) Umbreon because none can be S.E. against it and it is super effective against 1(Espeon)
How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type? We seem to be on that track now...
Dual type eeveelutions? No.

It could fun but for some types but for some it just seem wrong like dragon.

Yes, since the first time I played through Red. I've used Jolteon in R/B/FR/LG, and both Espeon and Umbreon in G/S/C.

Which is your favorite?
Jolteon or Espeon, tie goes to Jolteon cause it's less of a pain to evolve :)

Which do you think would win in a battle (if all 8 battled)
I couldn't see Flareon, Glaceon, Leafeon, or Eevee winning. The other four (Vaporeon, Umbreon, Jolteon, Espeon) would stand a chance, but I'd say either Umbreon or Jolteon due to type advantages.

How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type?
YES. I would really like to see how a Steel, Ghost, or Flying type Eeveelution would work design-wise, ingame and competitively.

Dual type eeveelutions?
Decent idea, but we have plenty of pokes as-is.

Third stage eeveelutions?( Eevee - Flareon - Inferneon)
No. The eeveelutions as they are right now are strong enough, and (IMO) this reeks of introducing an unnecessary evolution (think Probopass or Dusknoir).

Now that a pure flying-type poke has finally come out, would a pure flying-type Eeveelution work??

Yeah, well my Pokemon Contest team. I used Vaporeon to beat the Master Beauty Rank Contest in both Hoenn and in Sinnioh

Umbreon, because it reminds me of my black cat named Fushiisu and it looks way better than the others

Which do you think would win in a battle (if all 8 battled)
I think Umbreon due to its Special Defense and Defense. it can keep using Protect, Toxic, moonlight and some other move

How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type?
That would be really annoying, I still find Arceus very annoying Then a lot of people will start saying "oh why cant you make Charizard as a Flying and Dragon, Flying/Water...you know stuff like that

I used Umbreon in XD once, but I'm not a fan of monotype, so that was the only time.

I like Vaporeon, Espeon and Umbreon the most.

Either Umbreon, due to its high defenses, or Espeon.

How would you feel about an eeveelution for each type?
I think Eevee has been recycled enough already, imo they already went over the line with Leafeon and Glaceon, that's where I drew it. And I don't really see a dragon Eeveelution happening.

Dual type eeveelutions?
Like I said before, I'm not a fan of monotype, but I do like the Eeveelutions so I would LOVE to have a dualtype, but only if it would have been one of the already existent ones, I don't want them to add a new one.

Third stage eeveelutions?( Eevee - Flareon - Inferneon)
I think it would take away the whole concept. It would also mess up the evolution method, because you already use a stone to evolve them, I don't think it'd be a good addition.
