Epilogue - Once Upon a Time

Night #1

Rumpelstiltskin chuckled as he heard whispers of his riddle, mangroves? He felt underestimated, disgusted. Keeping to his disguise, wrapped in simple, indistinguishable garments, he listened to the towns folk. He had eyes and ears everywhere, even their private mutterings were noticed. It was not until noon when he finally heard the correct answer murmured.

"Bark... Sun... Sea... Sea lion?" Rumpel's face contorted, perhaps they're not as dull as I thought. With a wave of his hand a potion appeared on the resident's bed-stand, with a simple note - Christos or Achromatic?

~~~~~
Throughout the day the town was in chaos, bustling with panicked townsfolk, and those who were simply pretending. The King had called for an execution, after the murders of two townsfolk the previous night he could not leave the evildoers unaccounted for, someone must pay for their sins.
The villagers pushed forward their suspect, arachnidsGrip. "How is this all my fault," she cried as she was butted out of the crowd, "just because I didn't know what was happening? I mean, who would believe all this... stuff!"
Her final words rang with fear, she was desperate for her life. However; someone had to die, and the villagers did not want to risk falling for such blatant lies. The King's Guard were not falling for it either, hiked off the floor they easily carried the shaken girl to the silken noose, her struggles quickly weakening against their brute strength.
From high in the castle towers the King himself watched. His eyes lacked emotion, he had only one focus and desire, to rid his city of these villains. Even as the girl was pushed off her podium, he did not blink. Simply turning away as her body gave up.
As the deflated residents turned to leave, a flash of magic lit up the town square.
"Better luck next time, dearies," a voice drifted through the croud.
There, next to the hanged form of arachnidsGrip, hung another body. It was Christos. A golden crown sat on his lowered head, his attire befitting of a royal ball - across his torso the fabric was burnt and singed, the dark star emblem of evil. It seems the evildoers had disposed of him together. The townsfolk backed away, panicked by the corpse's sudden appearance. Those of the fairy-tale world understood immediately, The Charming Prince was dead.
arachnidsGrip is dead.
Day #2
The Angel crept into the night, keeping her face covered as she passed through the shadowed alleyways. Soon she found herself at the town morgue, the door left unlocked. Three bodies were stretched out on the stone tables, she winced at the sight of the dead prince - an heir never to make it back to his own kingdom. However, The Angel wasn't here for Christos, instead she rested her hands on the face of the deceased Achromatic. His wounds were that of The Wolf's doing, that was certain, but this soul wasn't in complete darkness, Achromatic was but a lackey - the real threats persisted.
~~~~~

A single crow landed on a house that night, the curse taking affect as its claws touched the roof. The home was sealed off - nothing would move in or out of the house until the spell's target was dead. No sound permeated through the walls, no light through the windows... no air through the vents.

As the sun rose the spell faded, a man laid dead by the door - fingernail marks running down the oak timber. He had not gone peacefully.

~~~~~
The Wolf was on the prowl for a second night, following the foul stench of his prey across the town. WThe smell wasn't particularly attractive, but The Wolf was incredibly hungry, thirsting for another meal to satisfy himself and satisfy his stomach. With three lengthy strides the monster was in place, just as the target stepped out his front door. The vicious beast struck, decapitating his victim quickly - the only sound the thump of the falling, limp body.
Seth Rollins is dead.
Superjolt is dead.
A poster drifted on the morning breeze, stained and torn paper carrying another mysterious notice. Rumpelstiltskin's note sealed itself to the Superjolt's door - to be found by the inquisitive villagers come sunrise. The odd man chuckled, today's prize would surely stir up some chaos - a potion to reveal one's true identity...
I hang upside down all through the night. I am many colours, to South-East Asia's delight. What am I?
PM me your solutions!
Did the wolf just kill another evildoer
Damn, maybe we should keep the wolf alive at this rate lol
Wolf MVP if that's the case. I doubt he'll manage to kill another evil doer before Night 3, but I can imagine that they'll be pretty mad with the wolf.
YOU TOLD ME IT WAS RICH WITH VITAMIN C
I mean order of death is everything, I suppose. But are we sure Seth wasn't killed by the Wolf? It could just be that the evildoers are listed lastly in the list of daily death. So far the posts have conformed to this idea, I believe.
unless i'm being stupid again
Sounds like the Wolf may have killed the Troll, judging from the smell. If so, the only way to stop the Wolf now is to a) lynch them, b) hope the Knight gets lucky and blocks him, or c) hope they visit the Beast.
I'm a little confused on the investigation into Achromatic? If he was a "lackey" then was he the secret Evildoer role, or are there more Evildoers that are vanilla?
Also, sounds like Seth was a vanilla townie, but the fingernails could indicate he was the Beast, which would really suck.
That's a horrible proposition for the same reason that the tie in GAU was horrible.
Honestly, I'm just abstain unless something major comes up that would make it so I would have to vote. This isn't GAU where we could get by lynching randoms because of the sheer numbers. A poison apple is fine for me today.
Interesting theory ... but wouldn't the Beast have just reflected the (I believe it was a) spell back at whoever killed him?
Here's to hoping you're wrong at the very least, but what other indications do we have here?
Also ... does the crow hold any significance?
Bard never learns lol
There's no possible way that that plan could work. Unless the Dragon is someone who received a poison apple yesterday, they could easily just choose to abstain from voting today.
The Charming Prince is dead, which means one of four secret roles is out of the game.
I believe that Superjolt was the Troll, thanks to the foul stench
and Seth was likely the Beast
Not if it was the mafia kill. Roles like the Beast can sometimes avoid the mafia kill, but it's likely that Mana didn't give him that benefit
The sorceress targeted someone but they died ^^ At this rate, the wolf is gonna devour is own kind! XD
. . . No. That's not at all what that means.
For one thing, the Sorceress targets every other night, and they did their magic the night before last.
This part of the post indicated the mafia kill, as the mafia is led by the Mystic, implying that this was the Mystic's spell that killed him.
Oops, to clear something up the Sorceress role was actually tweaked to every night prior to starting (but I forgot to change the first post), and I will confirm the the Sorceress did do something N0 to make up for it :<.
Well then
time to reevaluate
If we had a four-way tie, then it's possible we'd know that the Dragon didn't vote for any of them. I know it's possible for the dragon to vote for someone else or not vote at all, but that would be equally condemning of that fifth party.
As much as I try to think that it miiight work there's just too many variables. There might be people who throw in a wrench in the plan to begin with. After all, mafia might not know eachother, so what if they decide they don't want to jump in on the bandwagon? What if the unaffiliated decide that they want to be jerks and throw their own wrench in. Put in those who don't like the idea regardless of their side, etc, there's just way too many variables and everyone has to be on board for it to be even possible.
While it might trim down suspects what good will it actually do to us. Knowing past attempts we'll end up killing one-two victims before finding the dragon even if the plan succeeds. And I realize that you wish that people would stop offering just critism, but I'm not exactly one for good plans. :x Best I can suggest is try to figure things out from the clues that Mana likely provided that we haven't actually looked at. Or perhaps to begin with figure out what the Sorceress did night 0 since that is apparently something that happened.
I do think these things through y'know. Plus, if the Dragon did get the poison apple, it would force them to vote and partially reveal themselves. I'm not saying this is a foolproof plan, I'm just saying this is the best plan we have at the moment... kind of like Democracy.
And as for Seth being the Beast, it's quite possible, but I think we would've had claw marks, not fingernail marks.
And yes, I know the plan didn't work very well in GAU, but unless anyone has any better ideas, what else can we do? It tires me to no end to have people criticize my own plans and never offer up any alternatives. Criticizing my plans, I am fine with, but if all you intend to do is offer criticism, then you're just dead weight.
So, come up with a better plan or go with my own. I don't care which happens, but we should do something to whittle down the villainous numbers before they meet up and stop killing themselves.
What is this even? It does not make sense to do this, as (as mentioned) there are so many variables to the outcome you want its ridiculous. For a starter every single person would have to vote the way you wanted. Is that likely? Nope.
You are very suspicious to me. Seems like a way to get someone else lynched whilst pretending to look for bad guys.
i'm inclined to believe that the sorceress changed achro's alignment because of this:
His wounds were that of The Wolf's doing, that was certain, but this soul wasn't in complete darkness, Achromatic was but a lackey - the real threats persisted.
