Extremespeed Challenge!

I completed crystal yesterday, whilst doing the legendary trio challenge, in a few hours. About 16 real life, but I sped it up a lot so it came to 34:12.

2. NO LEGENDARY POKEMON ALLOWED.
Sorry bud, you're not allowed to use legendaries for this. Also, my Pokemon Green should be coming soon, but I'm tempted to do this on Red as well.
 
I started the challenge, and got past the Double Pidgey Lass east of Pewter in about half an hour. I'll post a screenshot and a link to all my videos (which will be streamed on twitch.tv/myrrhman23) when I finish.
 
I did platinum on my DS in 12 hours and 38 mins. No cheats either but I only had one strong Pokémon, Garchomp (yes i went to the optional cave just for him), and I rushed through the game.
