For those that aren't as familiar with the terms, extroverts get a charge from being around people, familiar or unfamiliar, and prefer to not to be alone. Introverts tend to feel drained when around many people, especially unfamiliar ones, and need alone time to recharge.

Those are examples of the two types in a nutshell, since there's of course varying degrees of both.

I would say I'm a mixture of bouth, with a tendency to introvercy...
I don't like to be alone, but I hate crowds, esspecially if it's a crowd of unknow people.

Normally, I'm a loner, but I'm an extrovert at the same time because I don't care who I'm with most of the time.

I don't want too many people around me, yet I don't want to be alone. If I would be with someone, then it would be someone I know. Otherwise, I would just prefer to be alone with my pets.

    So what can I say? I'm weird, right? XD;

In between? Hmm..I don't know really. It depends on quite a few factors for me. Sometimes I'll be joyful and happy around people that I get along with, and sometimes I'm just not in the mood to be around people. I like being around people I'm familiar with and get along with. If I'm with a group of people I'm not so acquainted with, I'll feel uncomfortable and shy.

Sometimes I just need to be alone, so that I can acknowledge things better. Whenever I'm alone, I'm lost in thought and my mind just ponders upon random subjects. Yeah...XD

    I'm definitely an introvert. xD

After I'm around people, especially a lot of people for more than two or three hours, my mind goes "OKAY. That was fun. Bye. 8D" I tend to get annoyed, and then I go bask in my alone time as soon as I can. It's not that I dislike people, I just get tired of it / annoying sorta fast. >__>

I enjoy being in social situations because it's a distraction from everything else in my mind. I have typical extroverted behaviour when I'm around friends.

Although I think I'm slightly more naturally introverted, I only ever act extroverted when I'm around people I actually know and like, and that's not a lot of people. So all other times I'm just an introvert and stay silent, simply because I don't want to converse with the majority of people because I don't like them. But if I happen to notice someone I could get along with, then I'm usually the first to ignite a conversation.
I'm definitely not shy, it's just that I'm very picky about who I socialise with.

I guess I fall into that "grey area" I'd probably say 60% introverted.

I don't believe any personality is so simple that it can be lobbed in only one of either category. No person is that cartoonish.

Either both, to some extent, or neither, which amounts to the same thing I suppose.

In certain company, I can be completely reserved. People who I don't know or don't wish to interact with obviously won't be seeing my business side. In my good circles, I'm totally social. The company I'm in is the variable, not I.

I do enjoy the presence of others at times and socializing, but overall, I'd say I lean towards the far end of introversion. I would much rather spend the night alone in sweet, sweet tranquility than to go out and attend a party somewhere. All there is to it.

I'm deffinately an introvert... >__< After I'm in a crowd for so long, I start to feel uncomfortable and paranoid because I'm quiet and tend not to talk much. I try to find ways to come home/hide away from the crowd so I can get out and relax without the worry/fear of other people around me. But then again... I really do not like being on my own.. I start to feel lonely and even isolated at times. I guess the presence of family around me is okay, and close friends. But people I don't know is a big no-no.

    Introvert. Introvert. Introvert.

I can honestly remember a time when I used to love going out with all different people and then I don't know what happened. Anyways ever since a few years ago I've been a huge introvert to the point where it's become an inside joke between myself and just about everyone who knows me because I almost never end up going to things I'm invited to. That's in part to being easily annoyed by everyone I know, but I don't tell them that part. :D

Introvert. I can't count the times people were like "Let's do something" and I was like "but I don't wanna go out and do stuff and see people!" Most days I'd rather just stay home and do my own thing, and the more people there, the more likely I'm just going to stand there quietly, wondering what in the world to do. I mean, don't get me wrong, I need social interaction, just not very much at all.

I am in between the two. Some days I will be very outgoing and charismatic, and others... I will be very nervous and timid. It all really depends on how things are going for me at that time. I would say that I have a lean towards introversion. Why? I am thinking man, and could spend an hour reflecting a five minute situation. I can't think all too well when I am surrounded by people. At least, not without putting a complete block on them and looking like a jack ass.

I mostly have qualities of an extrovert rather than an introvert nowadays, although there are times I do keep to myself, for the most part I am social, I like being around other people and it does add a rather interesting spice to my life.

Wasn't always like this though, especially in high school where students there were almost all ridiculously notorious, back then I was completely an introvert because I couldn't stand being around such repulsive personalities.

It's only since coming to college and meeting such lovely people did I really start to open up and express myself. College is non-compulsory education here therefore we all bring it upon ourselves to focus on learning and helping each other, even enjoy each other's company. My class is pretty close-knit and we all like having a joke and having fun with each other, there's no real individual group. Because of this, I have definitely been able to become more open and talkative, and I've been able to enjoy the company of people more so than I ever did in the past.

I would technically be an introvert, as being around people does tend to drain me, but I seem to be able to be in crowds and and such for a long time. I must have a high "social stamina" or something. XD

I don't care if I'm with people or by myself, I manage to find something to do to keep me entertained. So it's hard to say whether I'm extrovert or an introvert.
