Favorite Battle Music?

    Pokemon has some very memorable battle music. I just wanted to know what people's top 3 favorites were.
    My top 3 are
    1. PtHGSS Frontier Brain battle
    2. ORAS Zinnia battle
    3. Tie between GSC Legendary Dog Battle and HGSS Ho-oh Battle

    Honorable mentions
    B2W2 Kyruem battle
    B2W2 Colress Battle
    BW N battle theme (not the final)
    GSC Kanto wild pokemon (HGSS ruined it)
    BW You're In A Pinch!
     
    I still contend that the legendary Weather Trio in Hoenn have the best battle music, with RSE's version still being my favorite. Something about the intro to the theme gets you pumped for the battle, and lets you know that it's a lot more serious and important than any other battle.

    And since this about the music from the games specifically, I'm going to move this over to Pokemon Gaming Central for you, Jaz. Hope you're cool with that!

    My top 3 are:
    The B2/W2 Sinnoh Gym Leader theme
    The Zinnia Theme
    The B2/W2 Champion Cythia theme

    The B2/W2 Sinnoh Gym Leader theme : It's my favourite battle theme! Always loved the Platinum Sinnoh Gym Leader theme, but this remake (of the music) really impressed me! I just can say that this theme really excites me for the battle!

    The Zinnia Theme : It's a very, very, very, very, very (+ 100 "very") beautiful! I just can't tell you what I feel about that theme!

    The B2/W2 Champion Cythia theme : I really liked the remake of this song! A truly deserved theme for the best champion of all =D
     
    I love the battle music from pokemon. I listen to them a lot while on my laptop. My favorites so far are:
    Lance/Red's Theme HGSS
    Blue's Theme B2W2
    Magma/Aqua Boss Theme ORAS
    Palkia/Dialga Theme DPP
    Cynthia's Theme DPP
     
    Lance's theme in Gold, Silver, and Crystal, I find to be amazing, and also its remix in HeartGold and SoulSilver. Whenever I begin listening to this track while going up against Lance, it never ceases to get me into the mood of battling. It's one thing that would actually lead me into enjoying the match.

    Aside from that, I'm also a fan of Cynthia's battle theme, as well as the Regi Trio's.
     
    Oh, what a list...battle themes are just so awesome, especially if they are upbeat/give you a feeling of epicness. Here's my list(in no order)

    I'm a huge fan of Lance's/Red's battle theme as well as Dark Cave/Ice Path from GSC. Those are by far my two favorite songs.
     
    I don't think if I'm able to make a top three. I love Pokémon battle music in general, my favorites include the RBY Gym battle music, everything from GSC (and HGSS) and Sinnoh's Champion theme.
     
    I'll break it into 5 categories:

    Trainer: RSE Battle Theme
    Leader: B2W2 Unova Gym Leader Battle and OrAs Gym Leader Battle
    Elite Four: BW/B2W2 and OrAs
    Champion: B2W2
    Villain: OrAs Battle Theme
     
    1. Lance/Red's battle music
    2. ORAS Rival
    3. ORAS Champion

    I love all of ORAS' music :x

    I also like Blue's champion theme, it's pretty cool.
     
    Gen2: Lance/Red Battle music
    Gen3: Elite Four and Steven
    Gen4: Battle Frontier, Champion Cynthia and lance/red theme from Gen2 (HGSS)
    Gen5: Unova Gym leaders and battle world tournament
    Gen6: Team Aqua/Magma Battle Theme

    As of XY, nothing appealing of their battle music.
