Favorite Game Genre?

Platformers and RPGs for me! It's essentially all I play, haha. Sometimes, though, I like the odd fighting game or racing game. Honestly, I don't mind playing anything but MMORPGs and FPS games.

My favorites are 2-D Fighting games and RPGs. Top down STGs are getting there though.

Action/adventure games are pretty much all I play (besides Pokemon), as it's the only genre I don't completely fail at playing. RPG/FPS/RTS and all those other things don't really interest me anyways, especially FPS.

I love all sorts of games. I mainly don't play puzzle games or many jRPGs, simply because I can't invest so much time into them. :[ And puzzle games just aren't worth it to me.

But I'd say I play action games most, followed by whatever genre you put Nintendo first-party games into. Then I play some horror, RPGs like Fallout 3 and Oblivion, and simulation games. And then that's sorta it. XD; I dunno, I just like playing games.

First-person shooters, strategy in general (particularly real-time strategy), and true (read: non-Japanese) RPGs are my favoured genres; most of my games fall into one of those three categories.

I'd say the Adventure RPG like Zelda. But I also like First Person Shooters if they aren't on Wii... Red Steel, I curse you!

Since I play anything that's good, I can't say. But for a local standpoint....

RPG's, FPS's, Action RPG's, some RTS's, MMO's, Racing(I OWN at Gran Turismo), Some music games, basically whatever's good.

But I hate simulations. Aside from the Sims, bleh....

My favorite genre of games are sports, first-person shooting, racing, and fighting.

My favorite is RPGs and Strategies, though so few do it right anymore.

I also love the hell outta some FPS games, like CoD4. I HATE Halo though. Totally noobish game.
