    What are some of your favorite and least favorite gym puzzles from the older generation games?
     
    Gotta be Skyla, nothing tops being shot out if canons for me, or says I'm a flying type trainer better. Unova has the best gym puzzles of all the regions I'd argue. Crawling your way through the walls of the honey-filled hive and tangled webs of Burgh's bug-type gym I was always thought was cool. Elesa's electric roller coaster ride in the original Black and White was another one I liked.
     
    wallace's gym dead ass made me quit my first playthrough of sapphire and start a new game so i think that still takes the cake. i know it by heart now, but i can't recall another time i quit a playthrough over a gym puzzle.
     
    My least favorite is definitely Winona's... that one is annoying. Never was a fan. Some of the puzzles I liked, though was Blaine's because quizzes are fun, and Lenora's. I'm a bibliophile, so having to read certain books to get to the gym leader was pretty fun.
     
    Byron was my least favorite. There were so many trainers. Also my other least favorite is Blue from Heart Gold, with the spinning puzzles.

    My favorite is Gym 8 from Hoenn, where you have to step on the correct ice tiles. My other favorite is Norman, where you pick which battle you want.
