Considering the massive list of tracks I adore from the Pokémon franchise (anime included), I'll just say that my current all-time favorites are:

• Snowbelle City (anime version)
• Eternal Prison (anime version) - this is a variation of AZ's theme
• To Each Future ~BW Credits Theme~ (anime version)
• Through the Sea of Time (Mystery Dungeon)
• Dialga's Fight to the FInish (Mystery Dungeon)

Knowing me, I most likely forgot some of my more important favorites, but these were all I could remember at the moment. xD

EDIT: I knew I was forgetting something! "As Long as I Can Hold My Breath..." from the Temple of the Sea movie is most definitely my number one favorite Pokémon track of all time! ...for now. xD

My favourite theme in the Pokemon series is the Elite Four Music in Black and White 2. It feels very epic.

I also like the Mistralton Town theme and of course....the main Pokemon theme, the mix used on the X title screen is my favourite mix of the theme.

Seriously though, R/S/E has my vote as best music from the main series. I loved Petalburg's, Rustboro's and Slateport's themes. As well as the abandoned ship and Route 113 (the ash/snow route).

I was really surprised by the Driftveil city theme, it had such an awesome beat!

I think the PMD Red/Blue Rescue team also had amazing music. Mt. Blaze and the Sky tower send chills down my spine. The music in those games did not just sounded great, it made the world come alive.
