There are many Pokemon that I love, but two Pokemon especially: Pikachu and Raichu. Pikachu has a cute design, a cute voice, it was fun seeing it in the anime, I've got a giant Pikachu plush that has been with me for most of my life, and it's fun to use in the games, as it's fast and gets some nifty moves like Thunderbolt and Thunder Wave. However, Raichu is better to use in the games, as it's stronger, faster, and it can take hits better. Also, Alolan Raichu is even cuter than the regular Raichu, plus it's got a secondary typing and Psychic moves. Therefore, they're tied as my #1 favourite.

I went through three phases throughout the generations:
1. phase: Blastoise and Venomoth during gen 1
2. phase: Celebi, lasting until relatively recently
3. phase: Phione

Though, I do admit that there's way too many to choose from to just leave it at one. ^^"

I love Mimikyu. They're my favorite Pokémon alongside alcremie. The reason why I love mimikyu is because I love its lore and design, and I love how I can make some pretty interesting teams with it in competitive Pokémon. The reason on why I love alcremie is because I love how it has so many different forms, I love its character design and Gigantamax, and I love its signature move decorate. which I have made teams built around alcremie. I think alcremie is an underrated Pokémon with protentional as it has a its moves and abilities alongside mimikyu.

I'd been considering it for a while now but I think it's time to affirm that Luxio is my new fave! It may not be as nostalgic as Wartortle or as ingrained in my identity as Dunsparce, but I just adore its design so darn much! A perfect balance of cute and cool. I'm sure that my "Glistening" Shiny Luxio also played a role, but I think what really sealed the deal was the joy I felt looking at a Luxio plush while perusing future purchasables/wishlist items.

It also reminds me of my fantasy OC and usernamesake with the black "pants," something I played on ages ago when I attempted to make a PokéSona. (I'm glad it's easier to teach Luxio Ice Fang now!)

I'm highly tempted to give one to my TrainerSona as a representation of my cat, replacing his current grey Eevee. They're both "blue" or "stormy" felines (terms used to describe grey coats), have the face floofs, pinkish nose, and leg stripes, and they both have a connection to the heavens (Ciel meaning "sky/heaven" and Luxio being based on a constellation(s)). Perhaps a bit of a stretch but... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love Flygon and Trapinch, those two are just so cool to me,, and they are in the same evolution line! Win-win!

So, uh... it changed again.

Now I'm leaning toward Mothim as my fav, as I find myself using it almost exclusively since learning how to extract my full-odds Shiny Mothim's data from PLA and "clone" him back into the older games I more often play (I rarely ever touch PLA and had long regretted not cloning him before the transfer). I'm also pretty into moths irl, and it's feeling more and more like my new mascot.
