*nods* It is suppose to be the most important meal of the day. Anyway, cereals itself is pretty healthy too. :P Haven't had some in a long long while though, really. ._. Milk is actually pretty much the enemy of a good cereal in my opinion...it kills Cap'n Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, King Vitamin, and stuff like that. But who said milk should be the only thing people put on cereal? If I'm ever able to do it without anyone seeing, I'll put Moutain Dew on my Lucky Charms and see how it tastes :P
