Why not. I'll even put some effort into this and colour-code everything so it makes everyone's eyes bleed unless they're using a dark skin. Ahaha. Serves you right for making me add a "u" to "favorite" multiple times so its spelled correctly. Limiting myself to one save where appropriate to delve.

Fire
Favourite: Torchic, because fire bird is cute. Too bad it evolves into two ugly Pokemon, but eh.
Least favourite: Either the Darumaka or Pansear line. Difficult call between the two. I hate monkeys. Not keen on Chimchar's line either but the offense is mitigated somewhat by Ash's in the DP anime having a fairly good character arc.

Water
Favourite: Pingu Piplup. I wanted a penguin Pokemon for years; I can't not say Piplup.
Least favourite: Vaporeon. This thing is hideous and disgusting and oh god why. Starmie is a close second, because Gen I Misty and Charmander kills.

Grass
Favourite: Lilligant. It's a prettier, more elegant Bellossom, which is actually kinda ugly.
Least favourite: Pretty much all of the grass starters asides Bulbasaur and Turtwig lines. Treecko's line especially.

Electric
Favourite: Raikou. It's OK, Raikou. You didn't get a movie, but I still love you for being a Thundercat.
Least favourite: Tapu Koko. 3% Catch Rate right after the E4 and an annoyingly pointless cutscene with no save point? Fuck off.

Psychic
Favourite: Meloetta. If Suite Precure was in Pokemon, it'd be Meloetta. Suite Precure is the best season, so Meloetta is the best Pokemon. My logic is flawless here.
Least favourite: Elgyem/Beheeyem. I just really despise these two. Horrid designs, horrid names, absolutely useless.

Ice:
Favourite: Hnnnngh. Either Articuno, Cryogonal, or Froslass. Don't make me choose.
Least favourite: Crabominable. At least the name is apt.

Dragon
Favourite: Latias, for making the fifth movie worth watching...just barely. Of the two she has a nicer design too. She also doesn't cheat Ash out of victories in Pokemon League competitions.
Least favourite: Zygarde, for being a phenomenal disappointment.


Dark
Favourite: Spiritomb, maybe? I don't have another candidate.
Least favourite: Zoroark. Why did this thing get its own movie.

Favourite: Probably Ursaring, if only for the anime depiction. Turned something fundamentally useless into a powerhouse that everything fears. I approve. Since Arceus' base type is Normal I'd count that too.
Least favourite: Ugh, pretty much all of the route filler you find in the games that you get sick of seeing and can't train off because they provide minimal experience and are useless on teams.

Fighting
Favourite: None of them. I hate Fighting types.
Least favourite: All of them but especially Lucario.


Flying
Favourite: The Pidgey line, for carrying me through more games than I can remember. Although I do like Celesteela's bloody weird design.
Least favourite: Oricorio. Every time I see them I get the HappinessCharge Precure theme going through my head. They're all phenomenally useless too, which is maddening because I would totally use them otherwise.


Poison
Favourite: Drapion, because its legitimately menacing. I've always had a soft spot for Nidoking too.
Least favourite: Swalot, because its a complete waste. Croagunk also freaks me the fuck out too.

Ground
Favourite: Phanpy, solely for the scene in the third movie where it ploughs straight through Brock's Onix. I laughed so hard, and I STILL laugh so hard when I see it.
Least favourite: Mudbray/Mudsdale. Such horrible designs.

Rock
Favourite: Bastiodon, because I LOVE BASTIODON. Seriously, its my favourite Pokemon. Onix gets a mention too.
Least favourite: Lycanroc-Midnight. Go away. We have enough furry bait in Pokemon as it is.

Bug
Favourite: Volcarona. One of the few Gen V Pokemon I really, REALLY like.
Least favourite: All of the Mega Evolutions, because they look ridiculous and they ruin perfectly good designs. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to turn Beedrill, Pinsir, Scizor and Heracross into fucking Beetleborgs, but it didn't work.

Ghost
Favorite: Giratina, because Ghost/Dragon is the best type-combination they've come up with yet. Although I do love pretty much every Ghost-type. Except for...
Least favorite: Lunala. Go away, Space Noivern.

Steel
Favourite: Either Steelix (Onix just got better) or Dialga, the Time Pony.
Least favourite: Is it cheating if I say Lucario again?

Fairy
Favourite: Klefki. I like Klefki, OK? Bite me.
Least favourite: I dunno...Slurpuff or Aromatisse, maybe. But Granbull for just being a Fairy-type for no good reason, too.
