I know, I like Final Fantasy X-2 as well, it was even my 2nd FF game and the 3rd PS2 game I bought, right behind Kingdom Hearts and FFX. I find that its always called girly or ****ty depending on who you talk too, but I love it. It has a sweet story and wonderful battle system. Not to mention the return of a Job System, something not seen in a traditional entry since Final Fantasy V.


I really want XIII, it looks so awesome, not to mention a new female lead (now Terra has company!) Its battle system looks fantastic as do all the character designs.

Its entirely possible that there may be DLC. I'd prefer characters or costumes over stages. Maybe Lightning would be released when XIII is since they wanted her in it. However, I think Terra is on par with those two as well, and out of those two, I prefer Squall, he has short ranged and long ranged attacks and has an awesome weapon and outfit.

Now don't any of you get your hopes up, their screenshots from a mod created for the PC version of Final Fantasy VII. I have no idea where to find the mod, but it does look awesome.

I love that one! Such an under-rated game! It's classed as all "girly" which it is. But it has one of the best battle systems in my opinion. Also I love the "jobs" system it has!

Girly, schmirly, I don't care. It's awesome. And the dresspheres thing is neat. Only problem is, I'm addicted to the Warrior sphere, so Yuna, Rikku, and Paine are all carrying big swords atm. Might prove problematic if I need different skills . . . I'm not going for 100% completion this time round.

I and II, I'm not quite sure, those two aren't an easy task

They've "remade" them on the PSP. Tried I out but, for me, it was nothing special. Maybe thats because I've never played the originals. So I traded it in...

I & II can be remade rather easily. For FFI, they could do something similar to IIIDS and give it an extended storyline and actual characters. For FFII, they could just add to the story.

I had a thought recently, SE should add the races from FFTA, A2, and XII to Final Fantasy XI/XIV.

Well the races of Ivalice are the Hume, Moogle, Bangaa, Seeq, Aegyl, Gria, Baknamy, Helgas, Garif, Nu Mou, Ocurria, Urutan-Yensa, Revgaji and Viera. That's a lot of races to redesign.

Lol its fine.. I know people call it overated and all that, but it was my first RPG game, also Aeris is my favorite character >_<

^ Same here, I a FFVII addict. :3 But like I said before, I like VIII and X as well. I may end up adding XIII to that list when ever it comes out in the US. I've played the Japanese demo and am rather intrigued by the info that's floating around about it.

I don't mind that you like FFVII, sorry! XD At the time, I was just having a big PM-war on youtube with a really stupid FFVII fanboy who kept dissing every other FF game besides 7, so I was kind of in a bad mood. I love FFVII too, it's okay. xD Though, it still can't beat XII IMO hehehe

In terms of story FFVII has to be my favorite and I love the whole compilation. . Gameplay: FFX. But I have a feeling XIII will push that down to number 2. Also I love XII OMG I CAN'T DECIDE. LOLZ

I hate fans like that, the ones the reckon one FF is the best of them all and that the others suck. They're all good in their own way.

XII was...ok, not great - story took a while to pick up in my opinion and I prefer the old battle system but I liked some of the music (Battle on the Big Bridge ftw). Despite this, I still recognise it as a decent FF.
