the exchange was kind of weird, but I think it was a smart move. Tavros knows his strengths and weaknesses, and leadership is definitely not one of his strengths. He might have been able to gather the army, doesn't mean he would be able to effectively command the army.

The exchange was pretty, pretty weird, but I think it makes sense.

a) they are the only genderfluid character in homestuck
b) they are destined to be the one who delivers the final blow to LE
c) davekat and katnep shippers can have their ships come true together possibly
d) even their pesterchum names are perfect (arsenicCatnip and turntechGodhead aka ACTG)
e) mountain dew and doritos comboooooooo

I just love how the fandoms first reaction towards davepeta were like NOOOOOOOOOO WHY POOR SWEET NEPETA then became OMFG THEY ARE MY BABY NOW 2ND FAVE CHARACTER EVER NO JOKE
