Fire Emblem: New Adventures in Elibe

OOC: If Scarlet's ok with you being her sister in this, then go ahead :P Oh, and we'll need a name for you too.

BIC: It was midmorning, and Ayrix wasn't sure he could go any farther. He was groaning from the terrible pains in his chest and arms, and his legs were shaking, almost unable to carry his own weight. Castle Ostia loomed large in front of him, but he had to sit down for a while. Since sunrise he had probably walked two and a half leagues, and now he was ready to collapse...out of breath, he laid down in a patch of grass and waited for his pain to pass and for his energy to return.

OOC: Hey, how about you're in Ostia, UmbreonCircle! Gotta get a name hehe...
That's cool! I didn't know your brother joined!

After much yelling, the drawbridge to Ostia was finally opened.
"Finally," Tear groaned. 'I feel as if this poison is beginning to get into me too."
He trudged inside, and was stopped by a guard.
"Sir, may I ask what your business here is?" He questioned.
Tear looked up at him gravely, and responded.
"My companion here is sick." He looked down at Reane sadly.
"Along with the others in our party, we were ambushed by bandits. We just came out from teh fields of Pherae, and we were--"
The guard, suddenly realizing who these two were quickly bowed.
"My lords Tear and Reane! I didn't notice you two! I have never seen any of you two in such a bad condition. Here, I will lead you to the healing house. The healers inside will be able to rid her ladyship of the terrible posison that has claimed her."
Tear nodded in appreciation, and followed him.
When they reached the house, Tear layed her weapons aside with the utmost care, and tucked her into a soft bed.
"Sleep well...... Reane."
He walked out of the house, and quickly remembered his friends.
I'm coming! Where you are!
He strapped his gloves on tightly, and ran back into the wilderness.

Reane woke up a couple minutes later, just as the healers had left.
"T-t-Tear?" She gasped out, and looked around. The girl lifted her head slightly to intake her surroundings.
"W-Were am I? Were is everyone?" She wondered aloud.
Then, her gaze drifted to a vase on a nearby table, that had a fimiliar crest painted on it.
"House-House Ostia!?!"

OOC: My brother, UmbreonCircle, to save time, will be RPing on my account, so if you see 'UC:' it means it's what my bro's character is doing. Kay?

It's now or never... Ayrix thought...after resting for an hour, it was close to midday, and if it got any hotter he wouldn't be able to walk in his condition; he would be drained of all his energy. Even though he was exhausted and in horrible pain, he attempted to crawl through the grass as far as he could get. Castle Ostia was but a small fraction of a league away, but every inch felt like ten leagues in his condition.

"I'm going to make it..." He whispered, but his hope was in vain. After attempting to stand up after finding his way onto the main road, Ayrix collapsed and blacked out.

Tear was searching every where for his friends. He hadn't slept for a long while, but he had to keep searching.

Meanwhile....

An Ostian soldier was at his post, keeping an eye out for anything out of the ordinary. He kept a good watch, though the job was boring him.
"Quiet, as usual." He said. As if by magic, he saw an awkward magician, sprawled out on the ground. Caught by suprise, he leaped out of his chair, and informed a troop of soldiers.
"Outside!" He gasped in fright. "I think I found him! He's unconcious on the plains!"
A gasp went out throughout the troop, as they heard this news.
"We shall go outside and bring him back." The leader said, an Ostian Paladin. He lead the reluctant troop out side, and picked up the stranger.
"This magician has caused us many a problem." He murmured.
"Take him to the dungeon!"

Reane stared at the vase. Ostia? B-b-but..... Augh!
She flopped back down on the bed, unable to keep her head up.
Were are Tear and the others?
OOC: So, is Hector the marquess?

Couple hours later...

Oh, and, I got to go to bed now, I'll see you tommorrow, okay? Bye!

As soon as her allies went straight to Ostia, Emiru quickly went to a shop and bought a long dress with hood. She wore the dress and covered her face with her hood. After running away from your home, you wouldn't like your uncle telling your parents where you are, would you?

As she walked in the castle she searched desperately for her allies, better yet, her friends.

She kept trying to sit up, until she succeeded.
"Okay, so what now?" she asked herself as the girl looked around for her weapons.
Reane finally spotted them on the ground.
"..." Without a word, she got down from her bed, and swiftly picked them up, and was putting on her quiver when-
"Milady! Please, do rest!" A alarmed voice rang out.
A healer had just opened the door, supposedly to check on her.
Reane finished putting the rest of her arrows in, then turned to the healer.
"But I'm feeling quite better, may I go see the marquess now?"

*when he had finished lsautering many-a-bandit, he head straight for Ostia, and when he got there, he slowly and painfully walked in the doors and look to the others*...I...Am...in...jured....*he said as he fell to the floor right inside the doors*

"But Milady Reane I-" The healer cut off her own words in a sigh.
"Very well." The young woman said, and slowly left the room, glancing at Reane from over her shoulder until she was out of sight.
A sudden thought crept into Reane's mind. But before I do that, I should see were my friends are at. Grabbing her sword, the girl sped out of the room.
----
----
Passing the guards in the enterance of the castle, she ran out into the open. There, she stopped to rest awhile and to tuck her sword into her belt.

OOC: I know, but it would be cool if he were alive hehe....

Upon returning to the castle, and passing by a few tired travelers, they arrived at the dungeon. Without hesitation, they shackled the magician's legs, and left him unconscious in the dark, while locking the door.
"May that be the end of him!' The leader said. "We must go and inform the marquess of this."
And with that, he strode off toward the castle.
The young lady that was attending Reane was passing by, and noticed a Swordmaster unconscious, right in the middle of the road.
"Oh dear!" she cried, and quickly bore him off to the healing house.

Tear was looking everywhere for his friends, as his strength began to fail him. His legs, now seemingly impossible to budge, made him stumble over many times. He landed on his hands, as he gasped for air.
"No..." he begged. "Not now. I must.....keep going.....for my friends..."
He raised himself back on his feet, and cupped his hands around his mouth, screaming, "Where are you!! It's Tear! I've come to help!"

Reane ran along blindly, in hopes of seeing her friends... Into a clump of trees.... This way, turn...
What seemed like hours finally came to a halt as the girl came to a weary pause.
She saw a figure far away-she didn't know who it was- but close enough to see dragging him or herself along.
Then she heard the person yell "Where are you!! It's Tear! I've come to help!".
Her hopes rose higher. "Reane here!" the Caelin called to him, realizing that it was Tear.
She tried to run towards him as fast as her legs would allow her in her current state.

"Huh?" not only did he not really expect an answer, bit it was from the least likely person he expected.
"Reane?" he shouted back. Hearing the sound from behind him, he turned around, moving through the darkness of the early morning.
He wiped his face with his long sleeve from his royal shirt, only to find it was not sweat he was relieving himself of, but blood.
He continued to walk towards the sound of Reane's voice, as a figure in the distance began to take shape.

Reane stood, waiting, as Tear came slowly, torwards her now. She could see him more clearly now, for the other noble was just a couple yards away.

"...what?" Ayrix awoke again in a dark room, and soon realized he was in a dungeon.

"No, I've been moved again..." he groaned. Ayrix surveyed his surroundings, which were very dark and shadowy. The only thing he could see in front of him were his prison bars, beyond that was a void. His head was spinning from his constant dizziness and the combined pain of Fimbulvetr and Excalibur seared at him.

Ayrix felt his pockets, and was glad to find that his Fenrir had not been taken from him. He had made secret pockets in his robe for just such an occasion and they had finally come in handy. Pulling the small tome out of his pocket, he opened it, read the activation spell, and allowed one blackish-purple flame to go forth and illuminate the room. He saw that there were no guards and that the other cells were empty, and he felt himself quite lucky because he knew that if he could get through the bars, he would be unstoppable by soldiers with mere lances and swords. He activated Fenrir again, clustering the flames together to rest upon the prison bars and his shackles. He held the flames there as long as he could, and after releasing his concentration, he ripped out his melted shackles and kicked out the bars, which were glowing an eerie blue. He then ran out of the room and up the stairs of the dungeon into what looked like the halls of a palace, knocking guards unconscious on the way out. He ran through the halls, running through doors which exited into a great hall, and, knocking more guards out of the way with Fenrir, he shouted ?Lord Tear! Lord Renae! Are you here? I mean none of you harm, hear me, guards! I am separated from my party, nobles of Pherae and Caelin! I am a simple guardian! Someone listen!?

"Tear!" Reane cried out when he came closer.
She bit her lip when she saw him in the dim dawn light.
He looks awfully tired... Tear must have been searching for the others... Speaking of the others, were are they?? And the bandits.... Did they retreat? The girl wondered to herself and shook her head, making her azure ponytail swish in the dawns's early light.

Ayrix continued to run through the halls, searching for an exit...he had an odd feeling that Lord Tear was nearby. Strangely, he had not found any soldiers besides the ones he had immobilized in the stairwell above the dungeon, but he didn't care. He would dispose of as many has he had to to get out and to find his comrades...too much misfortune had recently befallen him for him to be captured again; he had to get out.

"Tear!!!" Reane exclaimed again. "You look really tired..." She reached for her pack that was slung over her back, and took it off. Reane placed it on the ground, and opened it, and looked inside. Grasping a Elixer, the girl took it out, and stood up. "Here." She held out the healing item to him.
