Either Cinnabar Island or Mt Chimney (including the fiery path). However if this includes the MD world they are much better places for fire pokemon there than any region in the normal pokemon games.

When I need to make a decision on colours when I make banners, I always try them both to see which one looks better.

Personally, I find it hard to make banners unless I have a good image. The background I just seem to find easy.
