Well I don't have a clue about the Diamond and Pearl games, so excluding them I think it would be Eruption. Either that or Fire Blast or Blast Burn (heheh, I love that attack :D)
 
Oh yeah! I forgot about that one. Meh, I still think Blast Burn's the best, but that's IMO.
 
I think Blast Burn power-wise per hit is better, but do realise Blast Burn strikes once every 2 turns and Overheat weakens the Special Aeeack if its used, making using that move risky. Fire Blast seems to be more reliable for a powerful move so when its comes to damage per round, Fire Blast is probably the best...
 
What will Fire Pokemon's strongest attack?
-Blast Burn
-Fire Blast
-Eruption
-Overheat
And possibly Heat Wave.
 
What will Fire Pokemon's strongest attack?
One off, Blast Burn is the most powerful fire type special attack. Overwise, for constant attacks, Fire Blast or Flamethrower would be better choices.
Physical attacks would be Fire Fang, Fire Punch, or Flare Drive.
 
I think we were excluding DP moves, Alex.

Is Flare Drive also a DP move? Coz I've never heard of it before.
 
Yeah, I thought Flare Drive was a DP move too. Is it?
 
By the way things are going i'll be training three teams on D/P and two of them would be eeveelution teams ;)
 
I can check myself. Flare Drive is... *checks* Yes, Flare Drive is indeed a DP move.
 
That is pretty unfair... Then again, if you add Leafia and Glacia into the picture... Voila, Flarey has an advantage against both of them.
 
But they weren't there. WHY DOES GAME FREAK HAVE TO BE... uh... Firist? Like, descimination against the Fire types. WHYYYYYY
