    Alice McDowe

Alice was just putting the last of the jars into her pack when the General spoke, "Lance Corporal Sherman you see anything?" Alice couldn't help but feel for her taser. If anything was coming through that door she would be ready to fry its brains. Looking out the window Alice could see Sherman looking at something, she couldn't tell what but the soldier soon replied to the General in a quiet tone, "No, sir."

Alice sighed in relief and closed her med kit, "Sir, I'm all done here. When we get back to the ship I'll have the plant guys see what these do."

Yeah, see what they can do so we don't die on our new home. It was wrong to think like that. Most of the people back on the ship probably thought the engineers could repair the ship and all they had to do was blast off into space, but Alice knew the cold hard truth that no one wanted to think about. They were stuck here, probably forever, and since they were here they might as well find out what would help them and what could kill them.

  • General Grimm watched the Corporal moving back toward the team. Grimm's instincts told him that something was up and his instincts were often pretty good. Changing the channel on his radio he said, "Raven 1 this is Bloodhound leader move to our position and provide over watch… Raven 2 standby 10 kilometers east from our position," said General Grimm over the radio. He then pointed to Daniel and said, "Stick with the medic and watch our flank." The General then proceeded out the door of the building and walked up to the Corporal and said, "Hyena, you're with me… we are securing that hill." He then motioned to the hill that the Corporal had thought he had seen something on. With that the General started toward the hill quickly and carefully with his weapon in a firing position.

The Lucario watched nervously and said in a whisper, "There is two now… and they are coming this way much quicker than before… do you think they saw us?!"

Before the humans were at the foot of the hill the Hellion gunship could be heard roaring toward the remains of Mirit. Before the Pokemon could react the gunship was overhead the remaining houses, but instead of flying past like it did last time it hovered in place just above the two advancing soldiers. Its black paint job with a painted on mouth with long saw teeth and blood thirsty eyes didn't make the gunship look too friendly. It seemed to turn and scan the hill as it protected the two soldiers quickly closing in on the Pokemon's position...

He was horrified. Never had he seen something like this....never. He reacted quickly, not hesitating at all. "Run!...I'll stay here and defend them off. If I do survive...I'll have information about them!" he hollered out, his elbows ready for battle as he stood in a battle position.

    Sanya Kikachu

She watched as the Gallade and the humans approached...not to mention that strange ship-like thing. She was a pikachu after all, so she couldn't do much. However, she could use illusion...yes. Illusion. If her kind could be tricked by a simple illusion act, so can these creatures. Only one way to find out.

"I'll stand," she spoke out, her voice resembling that of a young pikachu.

Danny was leaning against the wall next to the door. He was in his own little world, thinking about his real home, before it was, most likely destroyed. He hadn't seen it destroyed through his own eyes, so there was always the possibility. He was taken back to reality when the general started talking.

"Stick with the medic and watch our flank." The Gen. said, pointing to him.

"M'kay." Dan replied, motioning the medic to follow him outside. He was getting sick of being indoors already.

    Alex "Hyena" Sherman

Alex came down the hill slowly, still not feeling good about leaving the hill without checking it fully out. He felt like he was about to be shot from behind. Luckily, the General put his mind to rest with his next order. Perhaps he had a similar feeling.

"Raven 1 this is Bloodhound leader move to our position and provide over watch… Raven 2 standby 10 kilometers east from our position,

The General walked out of the 'house' and towards Alex.

"Hyena, you're with me… we are securing that hill." He then motioned to the hill that the Corporal had thought he had seen something on. Alex nodded in affirmation and walked with the General, but still keeping a slight distance from the man. He raised his weapon in awareness, wondering what they would find, if anything. They always say to be ready for anything on another planet, but it's rather hard to do. When seeing something you've never seen before for the first time, the feeling is rather frightening, yet still exhilarating. Alex's heart was pounding heavily.

As Alice got up she heard the general say, "Stick with the medic and watch our flank."

"M'kay." She heard Calhoun say. With the general already heading back outside Alice took up the rear position once again. The general was already speaking to Sherman by the time she got out. The two were going to the hill to secure it and by the way the general was holding his weapon Alice assumed that the hill was what had gotten Sherman's attention before. Alice watched silently, it wasn't her time to talk. All she could do now was stay alert in case either of them needed her up that hill in an instant, although Alice was hoping that there was no one up there to begin with.

This was it! He had seen the two metal-cased beings start their assent up the hill before he had ducked away in shock. They brandished metal sticks and had pointed them at the hill. That probably wasn't a good thing. Was it in defense of offense? The flying angry thing was spitting smoke right above them. Could it see the small group? He hoped not. He took a breath and looked at the group. After Nathaniel and Sanya had chosen to stay, the lucario had also volenteered. Under that peer pressure, how could he have backed out. The gardevoir had hidden in the trees a bit behind them. It the other groups provided too strong, then it would be just a sprint to safety. Either they became allies or enemies, it was all based on what would happen in less than a minute. After a herd swallow, he spoke in a voice barely audible be the group.

    "This is it!"

  • General Grimm was first to crest the hill and see the Pokemon hiding behind it. Seeing the strange creatures Grimm realized he hadn't thought up a plan in case he ended up right on top of the creatures. Moving his gun sights from one alien to another he said over his headset, "Contact… four lifeforms or three and a machine! Raven One do you have visual? Raven Two move in and deploy ground troops one kilometer into the forest. Gunnery Sergeant Calhoun come around the side and get into a firing position in case things get ugly. Lance Corporal Sherman if things go bad we toss grenades and fall back."

To the pokemon it looked like the human was just staring at them and pointing his weapon at them. His helmet blocked his voice from being heard. While the human stood there the flying machine pointed directly at Magnus, and large bock shaped sections under each of the wings opened up revealing burnt metal with several large holes in it. Looking closely one could see each hole had something with a point at the end resting inside. Under the chin of the Gunship the twin turret mounted anti-personnel cannons began looking at the smaller targets while the main guns focused on Magnus. Without the Pokemon's knowledge each one of them was having their body's heat signatures locked on as the ship's computer quickly fed the information to the advance infrared missiles housed in the ship's missile banks.

The silence was broken by Grimm who tried to speak to the Pokemon, "We mean no harm… we are sorry about your village we had no control over our vessel when it crashed. We do not come here to fight you, but if you attack us we will defend ourselves." He then activated his translator and repeated himself, and this time the computer translated his words into the vasudan's language. However it did not matter since both the human and the vasudan's languages sounded like gibberish to the Pokemon. He thought about backing up but he decided to establish a position of strength and held his ground definitely.

It was unlike anything Alex had seen before in his life. No one would be able to immediately tell from looking at him, but he was frozen in place when he saw the creatures. They were all different. One was a floating, robotic-looking blue disk-shaped creature, looking rather like a machine a bit. Another one looking sort of like a fox, except black in appearance with a hint of red. A third creature looked sort of like a mouse, but yellow. Yet another stood on it's hind legs, and was blue and black in color. It resembled a cross between a jackal and a dog. They were bizarre, unlike anything Alex had ever seen before.

The General was busy giving out orders and instructions to everyone, but for a while, Alex was not paying attention, nor was he really listening. He wondered what they were thinking of them. Thoughts flowed through his head.

I wonder if they are scared. Are they intelligent? Are they able to communicate with each other? Of course they can, why else would they be close together like that? Do they use words, or barks to communicate? Perhaps through the mind, or something? What do they think of us? Are they angry at us for destroying their homes?

Alex's thought were interrupted by him hearing his name called by Grimm.

"Lance Corporal Sherman if things go bad we toss grenades and fall back."

Getting back in focus, he nodded in understanding, and waited, to see what happened next. He waited, as the General tried to communicate with them, but probably to no avail. Alex lowered his weapon, and merely watched, wondering what he should do.

"This is it!" the Magnus replied, Gallade nodding as he bit his lip. He watched with worry as one of the aliens had suddenly approached them. It had a weapon pointed right at them, its mask making it look menacing. They stood there, not moving nor speaking until the creature had suddenly spoke. Nathaniel tried to understand as best as he could, but could not understand his gibberish. His weapon was still up, meaning he will be prone to attack soon. Until his weapon was not down, Nathaniel remained in his fighting stance. He also noticed the huge flying machine that was made of metal point at Magnus, and at them as well.

"I....don't understand you...thing," Nathaniel spoke out, wondering if they understood. He wanted to fight, but that would put them in danger. Also...that weapon the alien was holding looked strong and could probably kill. He didn't want to take the chance just yet.

    Sanya Kikachu

Sanya watched as they approached, making her weary. Standing on her fours now, she realized she was in her pikacu form. Instead, she looked at the others and had a good idea on her mind.

"Hey...I can make an illusion to trick them and you can all escape. I'll make it behind us so they won't notice," she mumbled out to them, thinking of the aliens as a threat. The Gallade turned around, his eyes showing worry.

"Try...but I'll stay," he responded. Nodding her head, she didn't wait for any other responses and slowly backed away until she reached the bushes. There, she ran off into a good open spot she was sure they would follow. There, she started her illusion and hid among the shadows.

"Gunnery Sergeant Calhoun come around the side and get into a firing position in case things get ugly." The General spoke over the radio.

"Alright, moving in." Danny replied. He readied his SCAR II rifle as he ran for the left side of the hill. When he got to the foot of it, he crouched down and activated his Cloak suit mode over his HUD. He began duck-running up the hill as he faded from sight as the armor bent all Electromagnetic waves around him. Danny crept up the left side of the hill. He watched his battery level decrease with every step, hopefully he would have enough power left to just sit there.

Dan finally got to the top of the hill. He set his rifle to semi-auto and took aim at the nearest creature. The second he took the shot, if he needed to take it, he would be exposed. He would have to be careful. It was also possible that if they had good enough sight, they could notice the disturbed light as it was being bent, a human would have to look pretty hard to notice that though, so he wasn't worried. Instead, he waited with his shot lined up for violence, or a resolution.

It only took a little while after the two headed up the hill when the General issued new orders. "Contact… four lifeforms or three and a machine! Raven One do you have visual? Raven Two move in and deploy ground troops one kilometer into the forest. Gunnery Sergeant Calhoun come around the side and get into a firing position in case things get ugly. Lance Corporal Sherman if things go bad we toss grenades and fall back." Calhoun was already up and by the time he had gotten into his position his stealth cloaking had kicked in.

Great, leave the medic all alone. It wasn't that Alice hadn't been expecting it, but more that she was annoyed whenever she was left out of the action. She knew it was necessary for her to keep out of the action and to not distract any of the soldier, but sometimes that made her wish that she had taken combat duty instead. Alice was rarely given orders and during the times she was left out she was expected to do one thing only, not to f**k up the operation.

Alice looked around and managed to slip behind a tree and put her hand on the tazer. There could be three ways this went down. The first was that both sides would reach an immediate understanding. Second, those aliens attacked. Third, the soldiers attacked. "We mean no harm… we are sorry about your village we had no control over our vessel when it crashed. We do not come here to fight you, but if you attack us we will defend ourselves." The General said.

Alice heard a voice speak, and it was saying gibberish. Hello misunderstanding. She thought. Alice placed her back against the tree. If the General was serious about starting on the right foot then they were going to be here for a long time.

  • While the humans and pokemon face off all of a sudden in the minds of the Pokemon came the voice of the Gardevoir. She was rather frantic as she telepathically spoke, "There is more of them… they are moving in from behind! I think they saw me… They have another one of those flying things too! What do I do?"

General Grimm watched the yellow rodent like creature run off and said over his helmet, "Sergeant Calhoun watch that yellow and…"

Grimm was cut off by the distant roar deeper in the forest and then all of a sudden his radio came alive as Sergeant Tran of the second squad came over the intercom, "We are under attack! Repeat we are under attack! Another group of those creatures… **** it they got Private Sims. Request permission to return fire… Private Sims and Leutenant Sparks are already down. They are going to overrun us! They are spitting fire and throwing boulders at us! Permission to engage!?"

General Grimm quickly responded, "Squad two go weapons hot, Raven 2 provide close air support. Squad 1 assume all contacts are possible hostiles. Primary objective is to capture these aliens. Deadly force is permitted for self protection." As soon as he gave permission for the second squad to fire, the air was filled with loud cracks of gun fire followed by the earth shaking sound of explosions whatever sounds the Pokemon were making were quickly drowned out by the sounds of the human's advance weaponry. The gunship watching over General Grimm's squad suddenly swung around behind the Pokemon and its two Prometheus anti-fighter weapons charged up causing the inside of the weapon's barrels to glow blue. The Gunship lined up with the machine looking thing and was ready to turn it into scrape if it attacked the human infantry. Meanwhile General Grimm stepped forward with his gun pointed at the green and white humanoid creature and started yelling, "GET DOWN! ON THE GROUND NOW!" Grimm knew the creature didn't understand a word he was saying but he hoped the weapon in its direction and the tone of his voice would give away his intentions.

The Gardevoir was hiding behind a tree watching the humans advance toward her when the Typhlosion and a mob of Pokemon attacked the soldiers. The Typhlosion's massive fire blast started the fight by engulfing one of the humans causing him to scream in pain for a second and then fall to the ground silent. The humans took cover as the pokemon began to attack and did not respond at first. The Pokemon continued to charge at them and attack the hiding humans and the flying machine that was protected by some powerful energy shield that flashed an intense white color whenever it was hit. Just as a second human was hit by several seed bombs the humans began to fight back. Their weapons made sounds like thunder and the Gardevoir could see the first line of Pokemon seemingly get hit by an invisible force that tore through them. Then the flying thing unleashed its terrible fury. It spat massive darts of blue energy that dissolved/incinerated anything they hit. Under its chin the two weapons began to scream horrifically as fire spat from the two Vulcan cannons, which caused the earth to fly in the air and it traced across the ground toward the Pokemon who were cut to shreds by the weapons. Finally from under its wings an object fired out leaving a trail of white smoke that shot toward the ground before exploding with massive force.

Fear gripped the Gardevoir's mind, as she stood there watching the fury of the alien's weapons tear her fellow Pokemon to pieces. It was clear the Pokemon were going to lose this battle. Suddenly she realized the fear she felt was not only hers, but these aliens as well… "Why do they fear us?" she thought as she watched the few remaining pokemon scatter. She looked at these strange beings and realized one of them had stopped fighting to tend to the second one wounded, while the other two moved to protect their wounded comrade. She watched one remove what she thought was their face to realize this metal skin was in fact something they were wearing. Then the one helping the wounded one took off her helmet as well and started talking to him to calm him down. The wounded one was crying in pain and fear as his ally tried to comfort him. The Gardevoir could feel his fear and the other's concern. Watching the Gardevoir realized the wounded one was dying as his emotions started to start fading, and the one trying to help the wounded one turned from concern to sorrow and hate. Suddenly the Gardevoir moved from her hiding spot, and almost instantly the one filling with hate saw her and lifted that weapon at the Gardevoir's head…

    Magnus Yttallum-The Hill

As the first being rose over the hill he stopped to take a look at them. After the long pause, he said something completely incomprehensible and quite long. Was it a hello or a death threat? Magnus, nor the others could tell. However, he could tell that the angry flying thing was looking right at him with poits visible in matching tubes. That couldn't be good, but was it in self defense. He mentally hit himself. Why was he trying to assume both positions? He decided on assuming they were hostile, but held back.

    "I....don't understand you...thing," Nathaniel said
"Hey...I can make an illusion to trick them and you can all escape. I'll make it behind us so they won't notice," The illusionist said back.
    "Try...but I'll stay," Nathaniel replied.
"I agree. Can we assume they're against us for now?" Magnus asked.

Sanya dashed into the forest which left the three pokemon alone with the now two foreign beings. Suddenly, he noticed a disturbance in the electromagnetic waves. It was quite obvious because it unwillingly was pulled to the left. Looking where it lead, he noticed a slight disturbance in the light. Without another explanation, Magnus decided. it was noting but odd, although he kept an eye on it.
After another pause, the first thing jumped quite suddenly. Turning around, Magnus saw a new pillar of smoke rising from farther in the forest. He was paralyzed with fear for a second. Then the ground shook like crazy. Something had to be wrong there. Had the beings attacked? Assuming this, he noted thay until otherwise proven, these things were surely not allies. The Gardevoir had stepped out from behind the tree, and almost immediately the first being rose the metal stick, aiming at her head. He instinctively flew towards thing 1 but stopped himself. Looking at the flying thing, he quickly assumed that it was the thing that had shook the ground so violently only seconds before. He couldn't move without getting blown to smithereens. It was stalemate for him and the flying thing now, but for how long? He hoped that Sanya had a plan. Could it get any worse?!

One being stepped forward with his gun pointed at him and started yelling. He looked menacing, fear rising into Nathaniel. Instead of doing what the being was attempting to accomplish, he remembered those years of cutting wood. Behind him, Magnus has moved off to protect Gardevoir. Sanya was gone, and Lucario was in shock. He didn't know what to do besides fight. He would follow orders and be taken inside.....yes. That's what he will do. Follow their intentions and see what happens. If he dies, he can dodge with wounds and be cured, hopefully. If he's taken inside, he can communicate back to Gardevoir his findings, beind from the same race anyway.

'I'll give in to their taunting....Gardevoir, get the others to safety. If I am escorted into their mother ship, or what ever that machine may be, I can learn more about them,' he used telepathy to speak back to her, kneeling down and facing the ground. He closed his eyes, hoping the plan would work. 'Don't let anybody come and rescue me either...I can find my way out,' he ended the conversation with Gardevoir.

    Sanya Kikachu

She was in the middle of creating her illusion until she heard the unexpected. Cries and guns and roars. She didn't hesitate to jump into the branches and hide in the canopies, jumping from tree to tree until she found Magnus. "Time to test out if these illusion work on these humans." She glared at one and then used illusion to make them imagine thunder. Of course, she's mastered this, but then she realized these devices....they had electricity in them. Maybe they could attack back and defeat her. She had to make a good idea....wait. That pikachu from earlier. If he had come, he could have used electricity to somehow destroy these electric devices, or fill them up so they explode.

Instead, her mind went completely black and hatred rose into her. She wanted to fight back against the rage, but it was no use. She sneaked until she was behind the being whose weapon was raised against Gardevoir and Magnus. A second later, she leaped out and growled out, landing on his head and scratching. She used illusions to create Thunderbolts and Thundershocks, wondering if they were able to fall for these tricks.

Riley was still hurrying but he was getting closer. The air's scent had begun to change for the young god. It stank... it reminded him of fires. He did not like that scent in the slightest. Was there a fight going on already? Darn, he had missed out. There was only one thing to do at a time like this. Risky but the recoil was worth it if he got there faster. He crouched to all fours and began to bolt down the path, running with fierce yowls bursting from his jaws. His fur began to spark and crackle as fury began to rise in his stomach. Fury and cool intent too. These things had invaded his world and he would make them pay for it.

It was his duty after all.

With that the Volt Tackle went into full force, sending him blasting forward with a burst of speed that would have normally singed some trees. The electricity cracked the air and Riley let out a noise akin to a roar. He bolted into the village and stared at the air ship, still sparking. He didn't see Sanya or any of the other Pokemon. His eyes were on the large, strange creatures in front of him. THey were protected by something... like that thing was. Was it protected from him? He doubted it. Unless these weird creatures had something to stop gods in their tracks they were doomed.

But right now everyone needed a distraction. And he was a master at that. "STOP IT!" He yowled this to the sky, letting a Thunderbolt explode from his body. It was not aimed at anyone and would likely explode harmlessly into the air. But it hopefully got attention and that was what he wanted right now. He didn't know that no one knew what he was saying and quite frankly did not care. This needed to end. This was a cycle that would not cease if kept as it was.

    Alex "Hyena" Sherman

As Alex heard the sound of violence over the radio, he saw General Grimm give the order to return fire, and the use of deadly force was permitted. Alex knew that since fighting began over there, it was likely that the situation here would erupt into violence as well. Alex raised his weapon again once more in front of the creatures, and Grimm began shouting at them to get down. It was useless. They couldn't understand, could they? Perhaps they would get the memo.

While fighting began to erupt between the other soldiers and the creatures. Over here, it appeared everything was alright, as one of the strange creatures in front of them seemed not willing to fight. Another ran for the forest, most likely to protect their own in the other areas, and the other was frozen in place.

Suddenly, he heard a screech through the air, and saw lightning, yes, lightning come down and strike the area around. Alex immediately pointed his weapon towards the attack location, wondering what it was. Alex began moving his weapon back between the lightning striken location and the creatures in front of him. If they would not comply, not like they could anyways, deadly force was permitted. Alex extended his index finger on the trigger, and aimed at one of the creatures, and prepared to fire...

    Alice McDowe

Alice waited patiently until she heard the sounds on the radio. The shouting of soldiers, the sound of gunfire, the sound of fire. Alice couldn't believe what the other soldiers were saying. Fire... these creatures could bend fire to their will? This was not good. Alice made sure to check her surroundings before she gathered her courage and sprinted up the hill. "GET DOWN! ON THE GROUND NOW!" she heard the General shout. He was pointing his weapon at the creatures... the creatures! Alice grabbed her tazer and pointed it at the monsters. One was a green and white humanoid while another looked like a humanoid jackel colored blue. What kind of planet did we land on?

"General, Sims and Sparks are down. Permission to head to their coordinates to resuscitate?" Just then lightening began to crackle in the sky. "What in the..." Lightning began to strike the area and Alice quickly threw herself onto the ground. "General the others said that the creatures were using fire, can they control the lightning as well!?" If that was true then the creatures they were attacking could very well be using some kind of technology against them. If their technology was this advanced then the creatures could easily kill them!

Looking over at Sherman she saw the soldier aiming his weapon right at one of the creatures and ready to pull the trigger. Glancing at the Jackal Alice pointed her tazer at the creature and set the charge to 7. It would fully paralyze the creature for a good forty-five minutes and have the soldiers face one less opponent. The General's orders rang in her head, Primary objective is to capture these aliens.

This is war, Alice thought, and in war you do whatever you can to keep the men you protect safe. Alice's finger hovered over the button and then she pressed it.

  • Grimm spotted the dark fur covered creature attacking one of the second squad's survivors just as Alice's tazer struck the creature. "Capture it, do not kill," ordered Grimm as he saw the two other squad members turning to finish off the disabled foe. The unexpected powerful shock caught Sanya off guard and paralyzed her for a second causing her to fall off her prey. The two soldiers who had been fighting off the mob ran over to Sanya and one delivered a powerful blow to her head with the butt of his rifle while the other kept the barrel in her face. "Good job Sergeant, now tend to the woun…" said General Grimm just as a sudden loud boom and a flash of lightning cut him off. It nearby made him pull the trigger and fill the creature that seemed to be surrendering in front of him with machine gun fire.

"What the… Gunny find out where that came from!" ordered Grimm as he kept his focus on his green and white alien target. Sighing he frowned as the sounds of the 2nd Gunship's anti-personnel weapon fired off a short burst, finishing off the last of the attacking mob's survivors. "Sergeant McDowe how many… aliens do you think you can incapacitate? Raven 2 prepare for Medvac ASAP, Grimm to Respite send the last Hellion and prepare for prisoner extraction."

A mechanical voice was the first to respond to the General, "Prisoners? This will be interesting… o yes… very interesting. From your feed I can…"

"Shut up Hex now is not the time…" responded Grimm to the AI onboard the Respite.

This time a human voice responded, "General we are preparing the third Hellion for launch… ETA 20 minutes." Just then Raven 2 passed overhead and started to land in the scar for medical extraction.

"Lance Corporal, subdue the alien in front of me, makes sure it doesn't have any weapons, bind its arms, and blindfold it. I'll provide over watch I will not let it kill you," finished Grimm hoping the creature was surrendering.

The Gardevoir was overwhelmed by everything going on she barely caught what the Gallade had said to her. After watching Sanya getting taken down, she responded telepathically, "I…I… can't I think I might have enough strength to teleport one other but I don't know… I'm not used to this. I never trained to teleport all over the place, I'm just a healer… I'm not a hero! Who should I save?" She was beginning to cry from fear as she stood there. Then an idea hit her and she said to all the pokemon telepathically, "I might be able to save one of the dying aliens… if I do they might be merciful to us. Do you think that would be better… perhaps if we are all captured we have a better chance of surviving together."

OOC Ok I let Sanya get hit... but she is just paralyzed for a brief time. Pokemon are tougher than humans so Otherworld9 I will let you decide how quickly she recovers and if the rifle butt to the head knocked her out like intended.

If the Pokemon get captured it will not turn into Prisoners of Humans the RP don't worry. You will be able to get out... OOC

After watching Sanya getting taken down, he heard Gardevoir's beautiful voice, "I…I… can't I think I might have enough strength to teleport one other but I don't know… I'm not used to this.

"You're right," Gallade didn't hesitate to think back, now standing up. He didn't dare look at the alien aimed at him, instead he gave the Gardevoir a sad look and immediately dashed over to where Sanya was. He stood in front of her to protect her from the others, yet instead of fighting, he knelt down and protectively leaned his body over her's, his eyes showing hurt as he looked at the aliens gathering around. If Gardevoir was going to do this...might as well show no signs.
