    So the latest trailer showed off some kinda soar like feature, but in ultra space.
    How do you think it will work? There seem to be some kinda obstacles, what will happen if you touch them? Will there be points like in mantine surfing? discuss!
     
    Right now I'm more glad that Ultra Space is finally having more of a purpose (at least, I hope so!), than just being there briefly to battle Lusamine.
     
    Glad they're expanding Ultra Space. I wonder if it'll be a mix between the Distortion World and that new Mantine Surf game?
     
    It definitely looks like Ultra Space will be more explorable than what it was in Sun & Moon. I'm guessing the new team's hideout is located there too? Could be wrong but it certainly looked that way from the appearence and what not.
     
    I wonder if the Ultra Space will serve a pupose after the maingame, though. As in if there's anything worth traveling back for. I hope yes of course.
     
    As hyped as I am for that, I somehow get the feeling that it'll be a one-and-done kind of thing. You know, kinda like the Distortion World. You most likely travel there to get to the new team's base. I do hope I'm wrong however, and it's something to play around in.

    EDIT: According to the most recent trailer, I am definitely wrong, and glad to be so!

    This certainly looks interesting for sure. I figured there was more to Ultra Space than that one corridor we got in S/M, and that certainly seems to be the case here with those alien environments. I wonder if we'll get to warp to places in the Pokemon World like we did with those rings in ORAS?

    I think their hideout might be in Ultra Megapolis, which is in Ultra Space.
     
    Looks interesting, that feature. I'm sorta hoping that they don't screw it up by forcing us to use gyro controls for that part, or perhaps just make it as part of a cutscene. Dream Team failed miserably at that, hopefully they've learned from this by now.

    i forgot gyro controls were even a thing

    seems unlikely to me o.o
     
    I am glad we are seeing more of Ultra Space. SM was a short one time visit. This is definitely a step in the right direction.
