Foods you used to dislike, but like now

Mashed potatoes. Though that might be on account of switching from instant mashed potatoes to making it with actual potatoes.
 
There's tons of stuff I used to really not like. I was rather picky as a child lol. Now, though, with exceptions to the things I can't easily eat due to how they affect my body, I can eat most things that aren't meat related. (I have very specific standards when it comes to meat, though) Green olives, tea, mushrooms, all types of stuff I used to avoid that I now enjoy easily. It's pretty cool honestly.
