    We've made a lot of changes to the index and its organization over the last 24 hours. Namely..

    • The Sun & Moon and Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon forums have been merged into the new Seventh Generation Games forum.
    • All previous generations (I-VI) have been merged into the new Previous Generations forum.
    • The Pokémon Mobile Games forum has been rebranded into a Spin-Offs and Mobile Games forum, where you can discuss all Pokémon spin-off and mobile titles in the franchise. It is no longer limited to just mobile Pokémon games.
    • Some Pokémon categories have been renamed and forums moved accordingly.
    • The PokéCommunity Discord and Showdown server are now linked on the index. Come chat or battle with us!
     
    Also...

    • Moderators are now global - this means that while they all have one or a few forums they focus on nurturing and are experts on, they can handle urgent reports all over PC and make sure that every corner of the forums always have some watchful eyes on them! You can of course always approach any moderator for questions about the forum, and they'll be happy to help out or point you in the right direction.
     
    In the Fan Games department... (regarding non-hack games)
    • Progressing Games has been archived and all threads active since the start of December 2017 have been moved to Games Showcase. This is where you can now find all game dev projects on PC, and where you start your own even if it's still just an idea (use the appropriate prefix!)
    • If you have an older thread from Progressing Games you want moved over to Games Showcase, contact adventure, Disturbed or Logan.
    • Want to only view completed games or games with demo downloads and hide all the idea threads? Easy! Just click the appropriate prefix name in the list above the threads, or from the splash banner on top.
     
    Introducing...

    Your brand new dedicated Fan Games Team!

    We've expanded our Fan Games section into its own team in order to focus more intensely on what we consider to be a huge aspect of PC. Not only is our team now fully focused on Fan Games as it is currently, but we are also looking to expand the section, revolutionise it and maintain Pok?Community as the #1 place for Pok?mon Fan Games (both ROM Hacking and Game Development.)

    At present the team is still small but here is what we have so far:
    • Disturbed - ROM Hacking Lead
    • Logan - ROM Hacking Lead
    • Marin - Game Development Lead
    Our Fan Games section is nothing without the loyal members so if you have any suggestions for features you'd like to see implemented or any queries please make sure you contact the relevant team member(s)!

    Start adding friends on Pokémon GO! Trainer Codes can now be viewed in user's profiles, and are also visible under usernames in all threads inside the Spin-Offs and Mobile Games sections.

    Add your trainer code via Edit Profile!

    (This feature is presently unavailable in the PokéCommunity Beta.)

    user Peridot is now part of the Discord moderating team! He?s not showing up as blurple though, I know, pity, but I guess SMT teal is ok too.
     
    So after getting a hold of the folks at Imgur, we should have the image embedding issue fixed. It may take up to 24 hours to update on their end, so if it isn't showing immediately, just check back in a few hours or try clearing your web browser cache.
     
    A while ago, there was a change to the Pok?Community rules, as some might already have noticed...

    We removed the global rule saying that a thread can't be posted in if it is over 30 days old. This means that you may now "bump" old threads, within reason. If a thread is very personal, or asking a single game-help question or something like that, it isn't likely that bumping a several years old topic will be useful. The change is rather for giving quieter forums a wider window of time to breathe. Respect the past, and don't clutter the forums with threads nobody will benefit from replying to in 2018.


    The difference from before, in simple terms, is: if a thread is over 30 days old, you can now choose whether to bump the old one or to create a new one, instead of being forced to create a new one.

    NOTE: some less conventional sections still have special revival rules! For example fan games, roleplays, trading and some more. If you are unsure, just look up a section's local rules before posting - usually found as a pinned thread at the top of its index.​
     
    Clubs have made their return to The Pok?Community Forums! Put your hands up and say hallelujah then head over to Pok?Community's new Clubhouse. Make sure you read the Rules first... once you've done that time to make a club or join a club!

    If you have any concerns please message your Clubhouse mods, Who and Ho-Oh. Can't wait to see you there!
